No Resort Fees.... This is an Independently-owned and managed 874 sqft executive luxury condo. This condo has a full separate1 bedroom with a king size bed, and 2 full baths private condo with a balcony. Also has a queen-size pullout sleeper couch. Can comfortably sleep 4 people.

This luxury condo contains, a full kitchen, dining area, and a generous living room with a flat screen 42inch HDTV, includes cable and free WIFI.

Master bedoom has its own HDTV and a large private full bathroom with a jacuzzi hot tub and shower and double sinks.

Private Balcony with a view of the TOP Golf / Mountains.

The Signature also contains a Starbucks / Cafe / workout facility / a small business center and a private pool.

Centrally located and a short walk to the Vegas Strip. Connected to MGM GRAND via air conditioned moving walkways that takes you into the MGM Grand Casino from the Signature buildings.

Close to the MGM casinos and the Las Vegas Strip and some world-renowned restaurants, food court, nightclubs, convention centers and concert venues, and the new Allegiant Stadium!

Apartment is great. Location is great. I would recommend the owner to hire a professional carpet cleaning. That was quite dirty. However i will give 9 of 10.

We enjoy staying at the Signature Suites, easy in and out, no lines and it's quiet and smoke free. Everything worked good in the suite, we had a great time.

Checking in and out was easy. The host Joe had great communication. The free valet was very convenient. It ended up only being 2 of us so the 3rd bed was not needed but we never found it either (maybe we would have had to ask?). The carpets and grout on the showers could use a deep clean. The shower heads desperately need to be changed with very visible years of limescale build up. The seals on the shower doors should also be replaced as every time we took showers, the bathroom floors ended up soakedOverall, we got what we paid for and im happy with my stay though I wouldn't call it a luxury experience

The responsiveness of the host was excellent. The unit was just as described and fit our needs just right. The location of the property was central and very walkable to many restaurants, venues and activities. The LV monorail was also on property which was super convenient.

This is a fantastic room and close to the casino! You have the option for the mega pool at MGM or their private pool and hot tub at your condo. I will be planning my return trip here; the bed was fantastic and lots of room in the condo. Book and you won't regret it!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, as always. We've been coming here for about six years and don't plan on changing anything. This host is incredibly responsive and friendly, making communication a breeze. The room was clean and spacious, and we especially loved having a full kitchen with a full-size fridge, it makes a huge difference. Check-in and checkout were both fast and easy; you can just click "checkout" on the TV. One minor snag was getting a luggage cart during a busy Monday morning checkout. We tried calling for a luggage cart, but we waited 30 minutes and no one showed, so we called again and waited another 20 minutes, then gave up and took all the luggage down ourselves. However, the valet was quick to bring our car around. The hotel's location is perfect, and we enjoyed dining at many of the restaurants inside the MGM without ever having to step outside into the heat. We highly recommend this hotel, and our experience with this host was exceptional.

Joe’s condo is great for families. The check in process was extremely easy. No long lines like other resorts in Vegas. Even though it’s off the strip it’s a short walk through MGM grand to get to the strip. The condo itself has lots of room and was very clean. It has everything you need. I would definitely recommend staying at Joe’s condo.

Amazing and convenient

My husband and I found the condo to be relaxing and convenient to pretty much everything. It was clean and comfortable. Being on the second floor was much nicer than we thought it would be. We were so happy the speed walkways were in the hallways between tower 1 and MGM Grand as it would be a 15 minute walk from the elevator in tower 3 to the lazy river otherwise. Make sure to pick up a 42 or 46 inch float at Target or Walmart to use in the lazy river. The floats were 30-40 each and 10 to blow them up for you. The lazy river was wonderful except for the multitudes of people standing in the way and getting mad when you bumped into them. Unfortunately, one cannot walk to the food court areas or any of the MGM casino areas without coming out smelling like a used ashtray. This was the only true drawback of the stay. There were zero nonsmoking casino areas and the smoke permeated the entire area. Overall, the condo was excellent, the stay was excellent and we plan to visit again very soon.

Loved the Signature Suite!!

Love having kitchette, living room, plus 2 bathrooms! The bed was very comfortable plus the unit was very clean. Even met the maid and she made sure that we had all the supplies that we needed!!! No resort fees but could use all MGM resort amenities.

Great Family stay for Vegas

The landlord was great with answering questions and providing information. He even offered me an extra night with good rates. The shower heads and vents were a bit dusty and dirtier than I typically expect as well as no wash towel or sheet maintenance and with kids, I believe having that service and or washer and dryer in the unit is a must. Otherwise, great location and I brought my two boys and they enjoyed the stay and Vegas! It was perfect, because we attended events held at the MGM like the netflix bites. We had a great time.

Joe, the owner, is a great host. He was always in communication whenever I had a question or concern. So, I agree with other comments that states the same thing. In general, the stay was pretty good. Unfortunately, there were a few things, like the main room shower, that either didn't work or I didn't know how to operate it correctly (I know how it sounds but it just didn't work as you usually would use it). Also, there were some spaces where it seems the cleaning services missed, but nothing too bad. None of the above ruined the stay at all. There was a second shower and worked just fine and the rest of the place was clean, so all good. The bed was pretty good and the room layout is pretty much as the online photos. I do recommend it. Staff was friendly, comfortable place, and it surprisingly got a better price than hotel rooms. So, check it out, might be a good option for your trip.
