Welcome to “Bowtide”. Central AC. Walk to Cape Cod Bay.

Freshly Painted and Newly Decorated! 4 bed/2 bathroom beach cottage on a quiet, sandy dead-end road in quaint Eastham. Our house a short <1-mile walk or bike ride to either Campground Beach or Cooks Brook Beach. It's just a 10-minute drive to World Famous Coast Guard Beach, Nauset Lighthouse and the National Seashore. You are only a short drive from local shops, iconic restaurants, and the famous Wellfleet Drive-in. If you prefer to walk, a deeded wooded path through a winding trail will bring you to a picturesque overlook of a quiet and private bayside beach located in between Campground and Cooks Brook. Take a snack or a bottle of wine on your 5-minute stroll to watch the stunning Cape Cod sunset on a private beach.

This private home with 2 full baths offers a perfect location for families just minutes away from all the Cape has to offer. Our comfortable home features brand new central AC and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a brand new 55” smart TV. A second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed.

The living room features a super comfy large sectional with a brand new 65” ultra high-definition smart TV and opens to a large cedar deck with a gas BBQ grille and brand new outdoor sectional set. A large private outdoor shower completes the house. The house is equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler and washer/dryer, so you can lug less on your vacation.

Our home is 30-minute drive to Provincetown or Chatham.

Absolutely NO parties. This is a very quiet family neighborhood. We respect our neighbors and their homes and ask that our guests do the same. No more than 8 people in the home at ANY time during your stay.

The host was SUPER responsive, flexible and accessible. The place is even more beautiful and cozy than the pics show. Be sure to bring linens for 4 twins, 1 king and 1 queen bed. Otherwise, everything you need is there and well-thought out. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and your hospitality Justine!!

Great stay at Eastham

We had a great time at Justine's house! The location was central to all that the Cape has to offer. The house was exactly as described and had more than enough room for our family. We loved the nautical/ocean theme decor and the walk to the beach was very convenient. We will likely return again!

Perfect location on the Cape!

Our family stayed for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend & everything here was lovely! The house is clean, has a great layout (bedrooms & bathrooms down the hall on both sides of the kitchen) & comfy beds. It's a short bike ride to the Rail Trail & a short drive to Marconi beach but the walk to the semi-private bay beach can't be beat. Our boys loved walking far out & hunting for shells at low tide. Lots of yummy restaurants in the area as well as Caso del Cabo right there in Eastham. Justine is one of the nicest & most helpful hosts I've communicated with!

Great Vacation!

Our family rented the Bowtide last week for 7 nights. Everything about the house was great. It was fresh, neat and clean and well appointed. The pictures and description on VRBO are on point. The bay beach was so close. The grandkids loved walking out to the water in low tide and loved swimming in high tide. The ocean was just a short drive to going boogie boarding. Biking to get ice cream in the evenings was a breeze. All the local restaurants we tried were great. The Bowtide was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do.

Lovely Vacation

We have stayed on the Cape many times and Justine’s home was tops for what we were looking for (me aged 65, my 3 children ages 15, 19 and 23 and my mother aged 90). Campground Landing is an excellent location with ease to both the best Cape Ocean and Bay beaches as well numerous activities and restaurants in great towns like Orleans, Chatham, Wellfleet, Dennis/Yarmouth and Provincetown. 4 bedrooms with 2 baths and an outdoor shower along with a spacious an open living area and a large outdoor deck in a nice quiet neighborhood was just perfect. Eastham vacation home

Cute house with everything available for your family. Went for a three days trip to Eastham and it was an amazing experience. Rental is same as shown in the pictures. Comfortable and clean house. Walk to the beach was very short around 5-6 mins and the view was amazing during the high tide. During low tide you can walk for long into the area. And the sunset was breathtaking from the beach. Its almost like you are in a private beach and can spend a full day there. Rental is close to everything grocery store, bakery and provincetown is only 30 mins. Speaking of the host, Justine is a great host, very responsive and flexible. He offered us an early check in and was also flexible with our late check out too. Definitely recommend this house.

quiet relaxing beach house in a great location

This house is just as pictured, except that the living room and entrance room are slightly larger than they appear, which was a nice surprise. The bedroom layout is convenient. There is a queen bedroom right next to the kids' bunk rooms for those who want to stay close to the kids, and there is also a king bedroom on the other side of the house for those who would prefer more space. All beds were comfortable, not too soft, and not too firm. You will have to bring or rent linens but the owners provide all the needed information. The house is very quiet. Although you can see the neighbors from the porch you can not hear them at all. The walk to the bay is charming, easy, and short enough for little kids to manage without having to be carried. The owners were gracious and readily available to answer questions. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect fall vacation

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The location can’t be beat. Our host was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We can’t wait to book again for next year!
