Charming one-story Cape Cod cottage on a quiet sandy road. There are three comfortable bedrooms with a king, two twins, and a bunk bed. Enjoy grilling on a large shaded deck or spend the evening stargazing in the quiet of North Eastham. There is a large outdoor shower for after spending long afternoons at the large semi-private beach. you will love the warm and quiet waters of the inner cape beaches and never want the amazing sunsets to end. North Eastham is a quiet location year-round but also home to amazing seafood and other great restaurants. The cottage is only 15 minutes to shopping in Orleans or 30 minutes to amazing activities in Province Town. Spend your days lounging on the beach, exploring the National Seashore, or taking a whale watch off the coast, it all happens here. If it's hot there are window A/C units in all rooms and a full kitchen to cook when you want to stay in.

Perfect for our small family

We had a wonderful stay. The location is quiet and convenient. Being able to walk down to the beach was amazing! We loved the outdoor shower too.The beds are comfy and our daughter loved being able to sleep in the top bunk. We enjoyed the outdoor games and made good use of the beach umbrella.

Cape Cod Cottage

Pretty Cape Cod style cottage on a pretty lot not far from the beach. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the outside shower was simply great. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beach weekend

We enjoyed the property very much. The beds were comfortable. We found the location to the little beach to be perfect! Easy walk. The house looked just like the photos. We also loved the outdoor shower- amazing water pressure. So easy after bringing sandy kids home from the beach. The host was very easy to communicate with. I would love to come back again!

Summer get away

The. Cottage was wonderful, beds were all comfortable . It was a very short walk to the beach Convenient to everything The owner was very communicative and accommodating and the kitchen was well equipped My only complaint was the weather but we still had a great time

Great cape getaway

Lovely eastham cabin tucked away off the main roads. Perfect for biking to the beach (5 min) and local convenience store (the landing). Highly recommend!

Jessie was a pleasure to deal with. He got back in a timely manner with all communications. The house instructions were clear and concise. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Location is great; a simple walk down the road to either Campground Beach or the private beach. King size bed in the one bedroom was a definite plus. Beds were comfortable and having sheets and towels provided was great. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful Cape Cod (Eastham) house with us for the week.

Wonderful Cape Escape

A wonderful Cape escape. The house was the perfect size for our family. The location was unbeatable...close to all of our favorite things and places. Rail trail, Arnold's, Coast Guard Beach, Flea Market, Eastham Superette. The home has an amazing yard and the outdoor shower is always a plus. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks!

Great location

Very comfortable cottage. The beds were very good. The owner went to the trouble of installing electrical outlets throughout the house. All had multiple ports of all types. The kitchen had a good assortment of pots and pans, silverware and great knives. Each room had an ac unit which worked well.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was convenient to many beaches and surrounding towns and restaurants. The deck was spacious and we enjoyed cooking out while the kids ran around. My favorite part was the outdoor shower!
