Scott is AMAZING! His house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. HIGHLY recommend! We travel for baseball a lot, and this was by far the best property we’ve ever stayed at. Plus, Scott was nice, helpful and super responsive.

Wonderful cabin getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Scott’s cabin. The home was clean, comfortable, well stocked and well located. The check in/check out process was easy and Scott was very responsive. I would recommend staying here and would happily come back

Excellent location in Truckee

My friends and I stayed at Scott's place for a ski trip to Palisades nearby. We had a great time at Scott's place, which was well located in Truckee and well stocked with everything that we needed for the weekend. We especially loved the recliners, fireplace, and how comfortable the beds were. Scott was a great host and communicated with us on check-in and check-out. We really appreciated that he let us check out late so that we could come back after a day of skiing to change and get back on the road refreshed. Would definitely stay again!

The cabin was great! everything was working, all the rooms were very clean, and the cabin had everything you could ever need. We had some issues with Vrbo, but the host was responsive and respectful. Would book again in the future, but would not use Vrbo.

Perfect Accommodations

Three couples attending a wedding of a friend’s daughter. The home had beautiful touches in decor, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, and furnished by a owner who thought of every comfort. There were opportunities to take walks in a wonderful neighborhood and the deck was well appointed for dining Al fresco. The host was very helpful and provided clear instructions for making our stay very special.

Love this house and Scott ROCKS as a host!

Can’t say enough about the whole stay. The house is beautiful and cozy and even larger than anticipated. Plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the bunk beds. Recliners were fought over—extremely comfortable. Location is ideal, nice and quiet near the woods next to the golf course and very easy to skip into Truckee or down to Donner Lake. Didn’t take advantage of the Tahoe Donner passes but loved that they were there. Best of all Scott was an exceptional host before, during and after the stay. He made check in a breeze and promptly answered the few questions that came up during the stay. Couldn’t ask for anything more in a house and a host! 10/10 would recommend!

The house was in great shape, fully stocked (kitchen utensils, towels, etc.), tastefully decorated, and clean. The check-in and check-out process were easy and well documented, and communication with the host was good. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Wonderful comfortable cabin. Very well maintained with cozy touches and a bear theme! Super clean, everything in good working order. The owner is very responsive and I appreciated the great communication throughout our stay. Fabulous shower and water pressure in the primary bathroom. Well-stocked kitchen. We had an excellent time at this cabin and at Tahoe Donner. We hope to return!

A Winter Wonderland

The property was everything it was cracked up to be plus more. We happened to book the property following the largest accumulation of snow the Sierras have seen for years. The owner was super accommodating on a lot of levels and the home itself was both welcoming and perfect for adults and kids. I've stayed in dozens of rental homes over the years and this one is truly exceptional.

Amazing experience!

We were very happy with our stay! The cabin was very clean and spacious for our family. We loved the space in the kitchen and the little details throughout the house. Our host Scott was so thoughtful and nice. Scott shared updates and provided suggestions for local places we could/should stop by. I highly recommend and would definitely book a stay here again.

Snow much fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures do not do the cabin justice. It was perfect for our 2 families. The kitchen was full of cooking/serving supplies. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow in the backyard. The owner provided extra information and travel tips. I would definitely stay here again.

Best vacation rental we have ever stayed at.

We loved staying at this vacation rental. The house is huge, clean and well stocked, It is quite possibly the most beautiful vacation rental we have ever stayed at. There kitchen was very well stocked, the bathroom had all the essentials and the garage even had all the outdoor sport equipment you could ever think of! The garage is has bikes and kayaks for summer leisure activities and skis, sleds and snow shoes for the winter! Everything was meticulously clean and all the bathrooms and kitchen were modern and up to date. The host was also very generous with his check in and check out time which was very much appreciated since we had to time our departure around a winter storm. He was very kind to make sure we got home safely after reading that I 80 was closed around the time of our planned departure. It was also super easy to communicate with the host. We had a great stay and would love to book again!
