We are located at the end of a quiet no-through road on the edge of the lovely village of Saint Fraigne. La Pavilion has its own private garden, terrace and exclusive use of the large swimming pool with views of the Charente countryside. La Pavilion is spacious and comfortable. It has light rooms and is tastefully furnished to retain its characteristic charm. There are 3 spacious bedrooms. The family bathroom has a sunken bath and separate shower together with WC. There is a separate shower room and separate WC. The lounge is large leading off of the fully equipped kitchen which in turn leads to the separate dining room with views over the private outdoor terrace, garden and fields beyond. You will find a conservatory to the front with plenty of space for relaxing with a good book or glass of wine! The garden is private and has a table tennis table, badminton and a large trampoline. The 12x5m swimming pool is for your use exclusively (July and August). There are plenty of seating areas around the pool and garden to relax and a hammock for those sleepy afternoons.
