Summary:
Newly renovated home with luxury amenities located in the center of Troutman but secluded in woods. House has been fully renovated w/ new flooring, cabinets, beds & more. We pride ourselves in using very comfortable beds, pillows, sheets & towels. We stock home w/ as many luxuries as possible to blow away any hotel. 2 Roku TV's, 6 beds (2 queen & 4 twin beds) that sleep 8. Washer/Dryer, fully stocked kitchen (full size fridge) 200 mb internet. Small stocked pond next door available for fishing!

The Space:
Close to everything but at the end of the road with woods. Rocking chair on front porch.

Guest Access:
Parking for up to 4 cars (2 on asphalt, 2 on gravel). We also own house with lake next to so large vehicles can be parked on property. Just ask for directions. Ring security camera is located at entrance door for safety. No cameras inside anywhere.

The Neighborhood:
Close to Downtown Troutman with many wonderful local restaurants and more. Walgreens, ABC store and much more are within walking distance.

Getting Around:
Driveway can fit 4 cars if needed. Great access to downtown Troutman and minutes from Mooresville, Statesville. Charlotte Douglas airport is 45 minutes south. Close to Lake Norman State Park.

Other Things to Note:
15 minutes from Lake Norman, small 1/2 acre pond on property available for fishing that's stocked with bluegill, bass & crappie. Close to downtown Troutman and 15 minutes from Mooresville and Statesville.

Great Place to Stay

The house location was perfect - out of the traffic but close to everything. There was plenty of room and nicely decorated. I would stay here again.

Weekend retreat

Cute small place with two bedrooms and plenty of sleeping space in main room. Full kitchen and amazing outdoor space for pets!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time and the rental was perfect! We were able to take our two small dogs and they loved it. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean and so cute! Only suggestion would be to add a lamp or two in the living room. Overall, we had no complaints and would stay there again for sure.

Great find!

We came for a wedding and this place did not disappoint! Everything was clean and worked great! Check in was easy and we had great communication with the property manager. You are close to everything but still felt tucked away for privacy. Would recommend this rental if you are coming into town!

This was just what we needed for our spring break adventure! The house had everything we needed.

Plenty of beds, which came in handy for the musical needs my kids play at night! Fishing on site made my kids so happy and thank goodness for the washing machine that I was anticipating needing. We were 15 minutes away from Lake Norman State Park and 30 minutes from Emerald Hollow Mine. We had the best vacation! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with my family!

not for people with allergies

the house seemed very clean and newly renovated but it has an old house/mildewy smell that stuck to our clothes, hair, and luggage and had us sneezing

Good location but lacking in cleanliness

Quiet location. Nice decorations. But several cleanliness issues. Slow draining in bathtub revealed a huge hair clog that tells me the bathtub doesn't get a full cleaning between stays. Some clean plates in cabinet had food residue on them. Wet dog smell through out the house.

My husband picked this house based off the reviews but there is no way these reviews are current! The house smells old and musty. The bathtub is clogged with hair because it doesn't drain. The bathroom sink produces rusty water when you first use it in the morning. The hand towel rack in the bathroom came off the wall. There were numerous spiders, both dead and alive that were in the house. I killed ants everyday, and didn't leave food out on the counter for them to get. Cobwebs were in the corner of the kitchen on the floor, and there are lots of spider webs on the front porch, and the flower garden needs maintenance. The door knob plate on the front door (the inside plate) is loose. There are many details that need to be fixed and maintained. Also the wording that states this is a High End Pond Chalet is deceptive.

Great little house!

My husband and I got married yesterday (8/27/22) and wanted to stay one night somewhere near our venue. We found this quaint remodeled house that was literally 1 mile away. It was super clean, didn’t smell old, ac worked great, and overall it was a wonderful stay for the night. Pet friendly also, so our dog got to stay with us. Would absolutely recommend!!

Great Thanksgiving Location!

This was an excellent place to stay for our family as we celebrated Thanksgiving with family in Statesville. It gave us the space we needed and provided us with a great Get-Away close to family. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our Thanksgiving a memorable one!

Blue blue blue

This home has been renovated very nicely in blue. Stocked with everything you could imagine. Super cute home. This is a 2 bedroom with two queen beds. The living room has two trundle beds which sleeps 4. Beds are very comfortable. When we arrived at this home - TV queen bedroom had comforter and sheets on the bed, bed not made. Closet Door in that room was laying on the floor. All and all we stayed one night it served it's purpose. We girls had a super awesome time together.

Cute house for the win

This cute little house was perfect for our family of 4 and a quick weekend getaway. The house had more amenities than typically offered at previous VRBOs. All the beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. I will recommend to friends who plan to visit the area and we look forward to visiting again.

Wow!!!

Amazing little place to stay. The entire home is completely updated and sleeps 8 comfortably. Lots to do around this area as well. Will definitely stay again on our way home to Ohio.

Extra amenities to make for a very comfy and enjoyable stay

Beautifully newly remodeled throughout. High end linens, comfy pillows, nice appliances. Was equipped with every amenity we could have needed. Ruku TV and rain shower head was extremely nice to have. Definitely more comfortable, and cheaper even, than staying in a hotel… and with much better coffee. We also felt safe staying there however the video recording “ring” doorbell I feel is a little odd. Close to big beautiful lake Norman. Will absolutely stay again if in town and will recommend to all.

We purchased the home behind and land to the side because it provides several acres of seclusion as well as a small 3/4 acre pond that we look forward to completely renovating and making available for easy fishing and enjoyment.
