This waterfront home is located in the quiet and secure neighborhood of April Sound. Enjoy the outdoors and the panoramic lake views from any of the 3 outdoor patio decks, 2 of which are covered. Our chef's kitchen is fully equipped for anyone wanting to prepare their own meals. A full bar. located next to the kitchen has a wine fridge, full size beverage fridge, and an ice machine. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, the master has a king size bed, and a one-of-a-kind master bath. 2 other bedrooms have king size beds, plus a trundle bed, the 4th bedroom has a trundle bed as well with 2 each twin beds. All bedrooms have 55 in smart televisions and all king size mattresses are Tempur-Pedic with luxurious bedding. The living area downstairs has a half bath, plenty of dining space, & cable television. The master bedroom & bath have gorgeous panoramic views of lake Conroe.

We just spent two lovely days at this home. It is perfect location and beautiful inside and out. Michelle is prompt to reply and very patient with us. Will definitely consider renting this home in future again

Brief Family Get Away

We rented this house as a last family outing before the hustle and bustle of the new school year begins. I got to say...the house was really clean and set up well. The deck was nice to relax on and enjoy the sunrise/set and is a really great place to read. The included water toys was a nice feature...we used the paddle board quite a bit out off the dock area. Overall, this is a really nice place to stay on the lake and I recommend it, highly!

Loved our stay. Host is amazing

We had a wonderful stay here. Lake view is beautiful, house is beautiful with tons of space. We caught lots of fish on the dock and on the second level deck once the evening came! The water toys were a plus and very enjoyable. The host is amazing with communication and gets back to you very quickly! Thank you for letting us enjoy time away with friends and family. Definitely want to come back!
Pulling up catfish and these fun catches kept us busy all day long!

Lake house

Comfortable house with available boat stall. Although we did not bring a boat, owners had plenty of water toys and we spent time fishing from the deck. There were many games available such as UNO, Perfection, Connect Four, etc. And we had a lot of fun playing with them.

Beautiful Property on the Lake

We are part of a boat club on Lake Conroe and are on the lake often. We wanted to find a place to stay for the long Memorial Day weekend and wanted to be on the water. This place turned out to be perfect, Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The house is recently renovated and has a lot of very nice modern touches. The place has everything you need and then some! The best part though was the excellent communication from the host. Any question was answered immediately and thoroughly. We will definitely be back.

Loved the lake vibes!

The communal spaces inside and out were great! The beds were amazing. Well stocked kitchen, utensils and appliances. Great surround sound, moody fireplace and game day ready TV! Amazing master - views and bathroom to die for!

What a gorgeous property right on the lake. We were looking for a peaceful place to relax and unwind. This lake house was perfect. The house was beautiful, modern, spacious, and had everything we needed. There were only 3 of us, so we could enjoy time together, especially in that big beautiful kitchen, or split up and have time to ourselves. That primary bathroom was an awesome. spacious, and serene retreat. Also, we loved having the three decks. We spent the mornings on the top covered deck just looking out at the water. Then we sat out on the lower covered deck and later while the sun was going down we ended the day on the middle uncovered deck. We had such a great time watching the activity out on the lake. Our excellent host Michelle was perfect. Checking into the neighborhood at the gate and getting into the home itself were very simple. We had no issues during our stay and knew that if we needed anything at all our host was just a text away. Thank you, Michelle, for sharing your beautiful property with us. We had the perfect weekend getaway.

Awesome Location

This was a relaxing getaway for my birthday 🎂 Trust me when I say we had everything we needed to cook ,make drinks, and They have TVs in every bedroom. We fished from the deck. We fellowshiped and had a great time. Will definitely come back.

Great House!

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was perfect for us and our adult children and their families. Despite our boat troubles, we really enjoyed our weekend together. The downstairs was perfect for that. Rooms were large and comfortable and quiet! Bar area an kitchen were a great hit! Deck areas were also spacious. Communication with our host was fast and she accommodated us graciously!!

Beautiful, amenity-packed property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would love to come back for a longer stay. We used the property as HQ when my brother was getting married in Montgomery, and it was a great place to get ready for the wedding and socialize with out of town family/friends after. The toys and sleeping arrangements were WONDERFUL for our 9 month old and 2.5 year old. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The host was very communicative. The property is beautiful. 10/10!

Lovely stay

We loved our stay! The home was very welcoming and had everything we needed. We didn't have time to go out on the water like we had hoped, but it is nice knowing we would have everything available if we wanted to next time :) This would be a great lake house for an extended family vacation as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need if you wanted to make any meals. We ordered out and had it delivered without any problems. The lake out back was so peaceful, and the neighborhood was quiet. Our host was very welcoming and very easy to get ahold of. Thank you for a wonderful trip as we visited the TX Renaissance Festival :)

Amazing Nov 2024 Stay

We decided to stay at this property due to it’s location and the esthetics of the property. All bedrooms were a nice size and this home was well stocked. The check in process was short and sweet. Security is definitely a priority as initially, some of our guests were not allowed in due to their name not being on the list. This was a quick fix once we contacted Michelle. The fishing was great! Plenty of fish caught with very easy access-just walk out back. The only downside I can honestly say were the amount of bugs from outside that made their way inside (mostly near the upstairs balcony door and patio door) and the poor lighting outside on the patio. I would suggest better lighting and perhaps bug zappers. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great property management!

Nice lakefront location

The April Sound rental is in a quiet older community and is tucked inside a group of upscale townhouse style residences. The community has some winding streets so careful attention to the directions is necessary the first time one approaches the property. Our vacation was focused around a wedding so accessing the lake was not at the top of our agenda, but the lake was still very relaxing and we spent some time on the large elevated deck. There was ample space and amenities for our party of of four and more adults and children would be accommodated easily. The electric cooktop seemed to be new and worked for us nicely although we are part of the “gas is better” crew. There were a number of restaurants and grocery stores near the location although everything does require a drive to access. The property is in a rapidly growing semi-rural community so fine dining locations are limited without a more significant drive. All of us found the beds to be excellent and the large master shower area is quite special. This is a townhouse so an ability to use stairs is essential. Getting in and out of the community worked well and we were using multiple vehicles.

Our oldest son is happily engaged and they blessed us with 2 beautiful granddaughters. Our youngest son lives in Los Angeles, California where he is pursuing his dreams as an actor. We live just a few miles from the rental home on Lake Conroe with our two Maltese dogs, Gino & Chloe.
