Loved our stay

The house was very clean and accommodated our group of 12 comfortably. The homeowner was easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if traveling to a Lake Conroe.

Bella Vista

Everything was great from the sleeping area to the kitchen, the utensils,pot,pans, bathrooms and even the balcony. We all 8 of us enjoyed this place and will return when in this area. Thanks Freddy.

Amazing Owner

Such a spacious home with comfortable beds, and all the amenities to make it feel like home. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cookware and bakeware, and the game room with additional beds was great for our large group! The owner is very responsive and timely as well as extremely helpful. The dock was great for fishing, and we enjoyed the paddle boards too! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Wedding Weekend!!!

We were in town to celebrate my son’s wedding in Montgomery with our immediate family!! This home was specious enough to accommodate all of our family comfortably!! Check-in was a breeze and the property owner was very responsive!! We would love to return when the weather in warmer to enjoy all of the outside activities and to just be able to spend more time at the property!! Thanks so much for a great place to spend quality time with family!!!

Perfect EVERYTHING!

This has been one of my favorite rentals we’ve had this summer! Let me start off saying everything was SUPER clean. All the bedrooms were very spacious and there plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The bunk room was a real Plus if you have kids or teenagers with you. The deck and the views were absolutely perfect. But what made the stay even better was the host! So incredibly helpful and he truly made us feel as if we were at our own lake house for the weekend!

Nice Weekend

Had a great quick stay at Bella Vista. House was clean and Freddy was great answering all our questions and accommodating our needs. Kids loved the bunk room. Great views off the deck. Only thing I would say is this is a waterfront home with two direct boat slips but there is really no dock space at all. There are narrow boards between slips which made it a little challenging for kids to swim/fish etc but there was a lily pad which was a nice touch. Overall we enjoyed our quick weekend getaway.

Beautiful spot

I ended up booking this location because my other choice was destroyed by the storm. The house was amazing my only problem was the security at the gate. They had the list of all my guests and lied to them before entering the community. They also made it hard for my decorators to enter and retrieve their belongings. But the host was nice and friendly. The house was big and had amazing views. I took a lot of pictures and would book with him again.

Great place for wedding party!

I required a location to sleep to 12 - wedding party. The bridesmaids were in the upper loft. It was a perfect spot for them! They had fun the evening before the wedding with ample space. The lower den and kitchen level were perfect to hangout, have breakfast and relax. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and dinnerware. The middle level bedrooms were adequate. The unit was cold, very cold upon arrival for a protracted length of time. With the thermostat adjustments and the owner being swift to bring room heaters over, on the 2nd day was great This was really appreciated. A friendly reminder to have thermostat adjusted before guests arrive will go a long way. Despite a rainy weekend, the view of the lake was fabulous. I would definitely return to this location. It was a near perfect for my daughter’s wonderful wedding celebration in Conroe, Texas. Thank you Freddy for letting us rent your lively place.

AMAZING 5 STAR VACATION HOME

If you are looking for a great family vacation, this is the house for you. Let me hit the important highlights: 1. Beautiful home, super clean, very cold air condition, multiple TV's, amazing bathrooms, washer/dryer, great refrigerator space, new microwave, and plenty of space for multiple families and large groups. 2. AMAZING HOST: Freddy was always quick to respond, lots of follow up before, during, and after our stay, provided his cell phone number for easy contact, and offered his time and support to ensure we had a great time. 3. Large bedrooms with large beds, ceiling fans, TVs, great pillows, and room for multiple families without being on top of each other. 4. AMAZING DECK SPACE! Multi-level decks, ton of space and amazing views of the lake, sunsets, and sunrises. 5. Plenty of parking - garage space and double car driveway which will accommodate 2 cars on each side, + space in the garage. 6. Super easy check-in. Door codes upon booking that work effortlessly. The security station is very easy to get through. Pull up, the driver gives his/her name, and enter the gates community. I doubt it ever took us more than 20 seconds to check-in at the security gate and enter the community. 7. Within a mile or so from the vacation home: Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, grocery stores, boat & jet ski rentals, numerous restaurants, and fast food such as McDonalds, Taco Bell, Raising Cane's, Whataburger, etc., and multiple gas stations. You can't go wrong with this rental.
