This open-concept, completely remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat is perfect for your vacation getaway. Conveniently located on the ground floor! Prepare your meals in the beautiful kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, bringing the total occupancy to 6. This pet-friendly property features a courtyard. Free wireless Internet!

Close to beach and restaurants and short drive to town!

Clean, comfortable stay with very short walk to beach! Price was great until the extra fees were added.

Great property

The location is fantastic! The property is as described and everything was seamless. Great having fenced area for dogs. Bathroom in master is very small with no counter space but we knew this and planned ahead so it worked out fine. Would stay here again.

Great location!

We loved the location of this apartment! It is right across the street from Kookaburra which we love and within walking distance to the beach and all of the restaurants. The actual apartment is very comfortable. Maybe needs an update with the mattress and couch, but overall very nice!

A plus location

The best selling point to this property is by far the location! Not only are you a short walk to the beach but you can also walk to several stores and restaurants. My favorite was the coffee shop across the street! I’ll echo everyone else’s comments. The bathroom in the main bedroom is very small but convenient if you have guests. The king bed is very firm. Wish they had a grill! We had a great stay.

Perfect Pet Friendly Beach Bungalow

Location, location, location. This property had a great location, which allowed us to be at the beach in under 2 minutes. Great back yard for those of you who bring your dog, fenced in, not a ton of grass but enough for our dog. Everything was updated in property, which made the stay very comfortable, would stay here again.

My only issue was with First Choice Vacation Rentals.

First Choice Vacation Rental made an $50.00 overcharge in billing . I immediately called and a very nasty receptionist was of no help. I ask to speak with the manager who also was nasty and aggressive. Apparently they do not make mistakes and he hung up. Unbelievable customer service. I’ll never do business with this company again!!!

Amazing Location and Easy Access!

One of my favorite things about this property was you just park in front of it and then walk in the front door? It is so easy! The place is very modern and clean and has everything you need and is super cute. The location is perfection! We were literally three minute walk from the beach and the two minute walk from an amazing coffee shop and a few amazing restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

Great property and super great location. A few hundred yards from the beach. The property location is within 2-3 blocks of Burrito works, Coneheads ice cream, and multiple other restaurants. Definitely booking again.

We'll be back!

Everything was great about our stay. Perfect location with just steps to the beach. The furniture was comfy, including the beds. The fenced-in outdoor patio was great for my dog to get out of the house, off leash. The coffee and accompanied amenities were greatly appreciated. One suggestion for maintenance is that the dishwasher is not located to the countertop, so it can be difficult to open.

This place was great! I really loved the location. So much within walking distance. Steps away from the beach. Awesome coffee shop right around the corner. Plus multiple restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk.

Fantastic stay!

The property is amazing. Very clean and has everything we needed. It feels like home. Loved the backyard and I'm sure my doggy love it too. The house is close to the beautiful beach. We will try to come back soon. I strongly recommended it! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. God blesses!

Old Time Good Time

After owning a place in Florida for many years it was great to get to vacation at one! The property was as advertised. A great courtyard for sun and pets. A short walk to a great beach and even greater entertainment and restaurants. Will definitely return.
