This 3-story Townhome has everything! Great Central location and it is Beachside so there is private access to the beach it takes about 10 seconds from the front door to the sand. This home offers 3 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms and 4 Decks with Ocean views! We have a community pool that is shared with the other 6 homes. You can walk to Publix directly across the street Great restaurants nearby and a short walk to the Vilano Pier and 1.5 miles to downtown! This Comfy and Artsy home awaits!!!
Beach towels , Chairs and Umbrellas provided. Fully Stocked Kitchen, Great Beds and Private bathrooms. Private Decks for both 3rd story bedrooms.

Great location to beach and shopping

Stay was great. Walk right on to beach and walk to Publix. Lots of stairs so that counts as my exercise for the weekend 4 star on cleanliness pool needed to be cleaned but was still swimmable.

Great location, okay place

Great location, short walk to the beach. Only one a/c unit for 3 floors. Bedrooms on third floor and in the basement did not get very cool. In the Basement bedroom the bathroom sink/vanity is literally in the bedroom and the shower was extremely small. The beds were comfortable.

This is a gem!

It's a fantastic place right on the beach! Melody is very responsive and a great communicator. We had a hassle-free reservation & check-in process. Once at the destination, we didn’t have to waste time on mundane tasks, e.g., getting groceries was incredibly convenient due to the new Publix store across the street. If you like to cook & eat seafood, I recommend Kyle’s Seafood Market for fresh, locally caught seafood. The kitchen was well-stocked and functional. If you prefer dining in a restaurant, Caps on the Beach provides a variety of seafood dishes and nice sunsets, and we even saw dolphins. Several state parks are nearby, and St. Augustine downtown is just a short drive away. The property and beach are pet-friendly, and we loved having our dogs with us. Vilano Beach is so tranquil and our new favorite beach destination.

Perfect NE Florida beach vacation

This was my best experience with renting a property for a vacation. The location was ideal, the owner was very responsive, the property was well maintained and decorated (my wife commented that if we owned a condo, she would decorate it exactly like Sunrise Beach House), and every member of my family was pleased with the accommodations. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent Location

Great communication with the property manager. Very responsive and professional. The home met our needs, but we were here for the beach, and Vilano Beach did not disappoint. The location is quiet and private. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Sunrise Beach House.

Delightful Stay

Five of us (couple and our adult children-and dogs!) stayed right after Christmas for a couple nights. We absolutely loved it. Just what we were hoping for. A lot of foggy somewhat wintry walks on the beach, an easy ride into St Augustine for Nights of Lights, and just hanging out playing games with a view of the ocean. We didn't cook much, but there is also a Publix right at the end of the driveway which was super convenient for the essentials. We hope to return!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this property. The beach is only a few steps away, which is so lovely. Melody was so kind and always responded to my message immediately. I would definitely stay there again!

Family fun at Villano Beach

Our family had a wonderful time at the Sunrise Beach house. It’s within walking distance to the beach, Publix, and a liquor store! And only 10 minutes to downtown St Augustine! There was plenty of room for everyone plus the dog. The garage was so important to have for the dog. We also loved the proximity to the private beach. You can wake up 5 minutes before sunrise and still make it to a walk on the beach to see the sunrise. Would stay here again!

I love being a host in this beautiful Beach town! This is a Magical place to visit and I love it when people visit here and end up moving here just like me! I especially love this property because it provides everything you need for a great beach Getaway and it is so close to downtown and the beach is right outside with private access! Having a pool is also a plus! When people come to stay here, they fall in love with this beautiful house!

for Starters, This place is beachside so you are already at the beach in 5 seconds on foot! It is right across the street from the small Publix shopping Center with restaurants, shops and liquor store. This place offers Free Parking. Walk to the Vilano Pier, Take a ferry downtown, Rent jet ski's or a boat less than 1 quarter mile away. Bring your boat! Drive on the other beach with a 4x4 down the street. This particular beach out front is not drivable! This neighborhood and area of Vilano beach is so nice and sought after!
