Casa de vacaciones amueblada con estilo en una zona idílica a las afueras de Lech. La antigua casa de entrega del Unteren Mühle en Alt-Kaufering ofrece unos 75 m² de espacio para cuatro personas.
Hay una acogedora cocina comedor en la planta baja. Un baño con ducha, inodoro y lavadora también están en la planta baja.
La planta superior alberga un dormitorio con cama doble y un pequeño baño con bañera y aseo.

Great family home and attentive host

This house was a great fit for our family of four. The loft bedroom was perfect for our two teenagers and the two full baths were convenient. The host, Andreas, and his wife live next door and were great. Andreas met us at check in and was available to help with a few small issues we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Idyllisch gelegenes und uriges Häuschen

Die Lage des Häuschens hat uns sehr gefallen, Vermietung war unkompliziert. Die Einrichtung war sehr passend zum Charakter des Hauses gewählt. Dadurch, dass es sich teilweise um sehr alte Möbel handelt, haben diese teilweise einen etwas "muffigen" Geruch. Uns hat das nicht gestört, haben halt z.b direkt aus dem Koffer gelebt. Die Lage ist top, in einer Sackgasse. Somit sehr ruhig gelegen.

Unbequem und muffig

Die Begeisterung der bisherigen Rezensenten können wir nicht teilen. Wir suchten Erholung und konnten im und vor dem Haus keinen einzigen bequemen Platz zum Verweilen finden. Wir suchten Schlaf und wurden gestört von Siebenschläfern in den Dachschrägen und einem alles durchdringenden muffigen Geruch im Schlafzimmer. Den Kleiderschrank ließen wir nach einmaligem Öffnen lieber geschlossen, sonst hätte sich der muffige Geruch im Raum verschlimmert. Die Bettdecken und Kopfkissen hatten solch einen Schweißgeruch, dass wir unseren mitgebrachten Schlafsack bevorzugten. Schade: Es hätten an diesem lauschigen Ort am Lech schöne Tage werden können, zumal die Küche und die Bäder kaum Wünsche offen ließen (ein Plus für die Waschmaschine und das einwandfreie WLan). So aber brachen wir unseren Urlaub nach acht von geplanten vierzehn Übernachtungen ab, um uns daheim erholen zu können. Karin und Benedikt, Paderborn

Wir haben die Unterkunft in erster Linie als Schlafplatz für zwei Nächte aufgrund einer Familienfeier genutzt. Man kann hier aber sicherlich auch ganz toll urlauben. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der dazugehörige Garten hat natürlichen Charme, wunderschön zum Verweilen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Alles prima

Everything a family needs provided by a gracious host. The town is ideally located between Munich and Neuschwanstein, and close to the beautiful Bavarian town of Landsberg am Lech. Don’t miss the community pool a short walk from the home!

Very pretty location for this rustic house on the Lech

This property is in the small town of Kaufering, just outside of the main part of town. We have a pretty old navigation system, but the address was still easy to find. The house sits in a picturesque location along the Lech next to a wood mill (literally next door) and is surrounded by a quiet, wooded area that makes you feel that you really did “get away from it all.” We were greeted by Andreas, the very friendly owner who showed us around. This property is actually one large house split into 2 separate living spaces. The owner lives permanently on one side, though we would have never known since we didn’t hear or see a thing. There is a gravel driveway that leads up to the front door that leaves plenty of parking space. The house itself was very clean and well kept, if a bit dated. The entire house has nice natural wood floors and stair cases. The stairs creaked loudly, but we didn’t find this to be too disturbing. The spacious kitchen and bathroom are located on the ground floor. The kitchen has a wood table where the family can dine, and it seemed that it was equipped with basic amenities (coffee maker, wine opener, etc.). Since we were only there one night, we didn’t look too much into it. The main bathroom was large with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The shower cabin was a decent size and water pressure was good. Plenty of towels were provided. The master bedroom and another full bath are one the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and closet/dresser space for clothing, etc. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the bedding kept us warm in the slightly chilly house. The bathroom features a tub with handheld shower head (no shower curtain or partition), sink and toilet. Another climb up the stairs to the attic brings you to an open sleeping space that contains 1 double bed (pull out) and 2 singles with several nightstands. There is also a small flat-screen TV. It is light and airy at the top of the house. There is a very small nook to hang clothing but, no real place to store your belongings. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that the house actually sleeps 6. According to the owner, his place often gets rented by families who are passing through the area and are only looking for a 1 – 3 night stay. The overall feel of the house is cozy and welcoming. We were very happy with the accommodations and would definitely stay here again.

Great setting, wonderful hosts, nice accommodations and plenty of extras

We were in Germany for over a week and traveled around staying at various places booked mostly through VRBO. This one was my favorite overall. I wish we had booked this one for several more nights. The setting is wonderful. There is a lot to do in the area, the hosts are warm and friendly, and the place is very nice. You have your own parking, separate entrance, private deck area, grill and even a small garden area to enjoy. I will book this place again for sure if I ever travel back to that area.

Wir haben 4 schönen Tagen in Kaufering gehabt...Gegend ist super.. Andreas u. Alexandra Keller auch... Tolle Wirtschaft 5 Min zu Füss.. Einzige kleine minus ist die fehlende Wohnzimmer... Aber das war keine grosse Sache..

Ein Traum im Grünen mit Blick auf den Lech und herrlicher Ruhe

Wir kamen dort an und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter haben uns das Haus gezeigt und wären auch bei Problemen ansprechbar gewesen, aber es gab keinerlei Probleme. Doch :wir hatten nur ein Problem. Nämlich ,wir wollten gar nicht mehr heim nach München, weil uns alles in und um das Ferienhaus so gut gefallen hat. Das Haus hat bestens eingerichtete Wohnküche und zwei Bäder. Eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne. Außerdem ein Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock und im sehr gemütlichen Dachzimmer gibt es nochmal zwei Betten und eine Couch. Für die Fernsehfreudigen gibt es sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Dachzimmer Fernseher. Das WLAN funktioniert auch. Aber wir hatten vor allem so viel Freude an der Ruhe und der Natur. Haben jeden Abend gegrillt. Man hat einen großen Holztisch vor dem Haus und Bank und Stühle. Einen Sonnenschirm und zwei Grills. Vom ersten Stock aus erreicht man dann noch einen weiteren Gartenteil wo auch wieder ein Holztisch und Bänke stehen unter Bäumen. Und die Vögel beobachtet. Die 5 wunderschönen Hühner betrachtet und uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Danke an Familie Keller von den Kleins aus München

fantastisch!

alles geweldig! het huis, mooi verbouwd, twee badkamers+wc's, vaatwasser, wasautomaat, mooie tuin boven die door een ingenieuze brug met de overloop van het huis verbonden was, een fijn zitje op de begane grond, omgeving prachtig gelegen aan de Lech, oude stadjes nabij, München per trein bereikbaar.

Rustikales Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Leider ist alles sehr hellhörig und knarzt - mit kleinem Kind etwas unpraktisch. Sehr schön war dass bereits Kleinigkeiten wie Müllsäcke usw vor Ort waren.

Schöner Ort zum Entspannen

Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Man konnte vom Haus aus direkt in die Natur laufen am Lech entlang. Das Haus ist wunderschön renoviert mit viel Holz und hat Charme. Herr Keller und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen.
