Welcome to our 4-room vacation rental with an idyllic garden in a quiet neighborhood. With a high-quality grill and a fire pit in the garden, you can relax and enjoy your vacation. The apartment itself features spacious, modern rooms, some with TVs. There is a modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The living room couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa, providing an additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and everything you need to prepare your own meals. Bed linens and towels are provided. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, which is also available for your use. Ample free parking is available in the courtyard. Free Wi-Fi with fiber-optic speeds provides free internet access. The town of Pürgen is located 2.5 km from the historic old town of Landsberg am Lech. This historic little town boasts many historical highlights as well as restaurants and cafés with outdoor seating right on the Lechwehr. An adjacent wildlife park featuring unique animal enclosures with free-roaming stags and does is a major attraction. Bicycle paths start right outside the door. About 50 m from your accommodations are a bus stop with MVV service to Landsberg am Lech. From there, you can quickly and easily reach the nearby “Five Lakes” recreational area—Ammersee, Starnberger See, and Wörthsee—via the train station, with all its amenities, such as beer gardens and boat docks for a relaxing steamboat cruise around the lake. Kaltenberg Castle, with its world-famous Royal Bavarian brewery restaurant and beer garden, is about a 20-minute drive away. A historic Benedictine monastery dating back to 1445 in Andechs, featuring an excellent beer garden, is about a 30-minute drive away. The royal castles in Schwangau and the nearby Allgäu region are less than an hour’s drive away. The Alpine region, Oberammergau, and Garmisch-Partenkirchen are all conveniently accessible in under an hour. The cities of Munich and Augsburg are about 30 minutes away. The A 96 highway on-ramp is 3 minutes from your accommodation. Memmingen Airport is 30 minutes away, and Munich Airport is 50 minutes away.
