This adorable Sea Pines beach house with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths is situated on a .24 acre lot with a beach path to the ocean.

As you enter the home, you are immediately greeted with a wall of windows that overlooks the back patio and private pool area! The open living room has a cream colored sectional sofa, two armchairs and a 55" SMART TV.
Just off the living room is a nice wood dining table with six high back chairs for the family to enjoy meals together.
The open chef's kitchen offers a breakfast counter with four bar stools, granite countertops and Jenn Air stainless steel appliances.
Off the kitchen and down 6 steps you will find a separate living space with two large sofas and 42" SMART TV that is perfect for the family to enjoy movie night. This additional living space also has a stacked front loading washer/dryer.

On the main floor, you will find three of the bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, 32" TV and private bathroom with shower only.
The second guest room offers a queen bed, 32" SMART TV and access to a shared hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The third guest room is great for the kids. This room features a single twin bed and a twin bunk bed! The room also offers a 32" TV and private bathroom with double vanity and shower!

Up 17 steps to the second level you will find the last bedroom that features a queen bed, 24" SMART TV and private bathroom with shower only!
