Beautiful home

This home was just perfect for our weekend stay. We were visiting family in the area and it was nice to have a place to stay over. Everything was clean and the property is just beautiful.

Perfect get away

We had great time during our stay. It was a great location and beautiful home. The kids really enjoyed going down to the dock and kayaking. Courtney was very helpful and she responds right away. We will definitely come back again!

What a wonderful trip we had in the lagoon in Little Egg Harbor. A quiet little town with friendly neighbors and a beautiful cozy home in the lagoon. Thank you for being a great host Courtney! We loved your home and enjoyed our stay.

Awesome vacation!

We brought our daughters to this house for their birthdays! It was everything we were looking for and can't thank the owners enough for an awesome vacation! The fishing was great...we all caught so many fish! We loved paddle boarding in the bay and watching the sunset! This house is in such a great location where we were able to go to both LBI and Atlantic City in a short amount of time...such a great location for a family!

Property Better than expected! Great location on lagoon good for boats and kayaking. Really enjoyed ample outdoor space on the water! Linens soft and comfy. Great shower. Everything in working order.

Perfect little getaway!

The Paige Beach Cottage was the perfect spot for our little family to get away and enjoy the Jersey Shore for a few nights. The backyard on the lagoon was beautiful, and a great place to enjoy our morning coffee and the fire pit and drinks at night. Courtney was an excellent host! She was very responsive and provided some great recommendations for us to make the most of our visit. We would definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Exactly as described. Courtney was great with communication throughout the process and very responsive to any questions we had. Had the weather cooperated we would have thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks on the property and the fire pit!!

Another wonderful stay!

Very beautiful and comfortable property! Quiet and friendly community. We caught a few crabs off of the dock and enjoyed sitting outside by the water, relaxing at night. Everything you need is here. Grabbed delicious coffees from a local spot that Courtney had recommended. Recommend dinner at Sunset Seafood of Tuckerton - the best! Also, the property is only a short drive to LBI. This was our second stay at Courtney's place. We will be back! Thank you so much again!!

Quiet Escape From Everyday Life

Quaint house on a quiet street. The surrounding area is wonderfully quiet and relaxing without being too far removed from all the comforts of modern life. No shortage of things to do..beaches, shopping, dining, enjoying nature, all just a short drive. Or, stay at the house and enjoy kayaking on or swimming in the lagoon. The fire pit is wonderful in the evenings and lots of stars visible at night. The property owner, Courtney, is responsive to questions and concerns and communicates the house rules clearly and effectively. This is a great place to go to be by the beach, without paying beach house prices!

Book it now! We had an incredible weekend stay! The home is gorgeous and absolutely immaculate! This is the most comfortable vacation home we have ever stayed in!! It has everything! Courtney the owner was so helpful and kind and super easy to reach. We brought our boat, pulled it right up to the home’s private dock - we even used the crab pots and caught 4 crabs! The outdoor space is so beautiful and relaxing! We wanted to use the fire pit but didn’t have a chance to. We had the best beach day - the place generously included 2 beach tags - and had a delicious dinner at Sunset Seafood in Tuckerton! This home is truly a slice of paradise. Thank you so much for having us! We will certainly be back!! :)

Girls Trip

We were looking for a place near LBI and this cottage in the water ‘surfed up’ exactly what we needed for our girls trip- dock for easy kayak launch, nice grill & patio for dinners & morning devotions, cute decor with very comfortable beds. Also nice supply of clean white towels like a hotel. We would stay here again, bc we didn’t have time to try crabbing!! Neighbors are close but everyone was friendly. Thank you for sharing this lovely spot with us!

Adorable cottage in great location.

We wanted to stay near the shore, but at a place that didn't "feel" like a typical shore location. This absolutely worked for us. It was great to have a dock with kayaks and crabbing (and fishing) available right out of the back of the house. An enjoyable vacation for the family.

Cozy lagoon home

All the comforts of home! Lovely yard and lagoon. Owners are responsive and extremely accommodating! They go above and beyond to make their guests needs/any issues addressed quickly. Mattresses are very comfortable.

Best spring break EVER!

We had an awesome time at this beautiful house. Clean, organized and so much fun! We barely left the house because there was so much to do. Swimming and crabbing off our own dock. Kayaking and sitting by the fire pit. Watching the sunset from the backyard with a glass of wine. Short dive to the beach with views of A.C. Skyline! Courtney was so attentive to any questions we had but such an easy process arriving and departing. The.neighbors are great! Thank you for allowing us to stay and I hope we can stay again soon. Can’t wait to see all the updates coming ( not that it needs it). Would recommend this home to anyone

A great weekend shore getaway, even in shoulder season

Courtney made this a great experience, being very communicative and flexible. The property is a great mix, sleeping 8, but still being small enough to be a quaint getaway. Even in the shoulder season, there is plenty to do with easy access to the LBI beaches down the road, fantastic outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a dock with kayaks. I highly recommend if you are looking for a cozy gathering place for friends and family.

Great for a quiet weekend away

Was looking to get away for a weekend and this house fit the bill. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the water views. Courtney was always in communication and explained everything perfectly. Enjoyed our stay!
