Tenerlo todo para la diversión de verano. Pesca, pesca de cangrejos, remo, kayak, canotaje, jet ski, natación desde su muelle flotante privado en su patio trasero. Laguna de 100 pies de ancho en la parte trasera y Gran Bahía en el frente de la casa con vista de Atlantic City. Great roomy house with great layout. Unparalleled views of Great Bay from front of house; from inside and from deck. Sunrise and sunset views. Great boat dock, deck and outdoor space in back. Easy access by boat to bay and several choices for fishing, beaching on sand bars, waterfront dinning, etc…

To start off, communication was excellent when it came to entering the house and any sort of tips for the area. The location was amazing with perfect views all around the house. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The entire group loved their stay at the house. Would without a doubt rebook the house if we return to the area in the future! Couldn’t recommend the place more.

Heaven on Earth

If you see this house available...dont wait a second..book it! Our family had a wonderful time at this house laughing, cooking, talking, exercising, star gazing, etc etc Large house with windows all around. Water view from every side/angle and room...Loved it! Very spacious house with all the necessities available. Daniel is a super host! very responsive and great with recommendations

Relaxing fun with friends

Host was very generous with his time communicating with us in getting information on the property and surrounding area to help us plan. He has a binder on site to help with the same. The rooms were spacious but the views were amazing. Two decks! warmed us in the AM/captured the sun rising, then in the back on the water afternoon cocktails before dinner. Plenty of seating for dinner and games thereafter and LR comfy couches and two chairs/ottoman.

Stunning!

My niece was getting married on the area, so we rented Dan’s house for a long weekend. We had 10 people staying at the house. The house was perfect in every way. The views from the front and back decks are amazing. We were able to see the sunrises as well as sunsets each day. Dan, the host was very friendly and responded immediately to all my questions. He was very accommodating to our needs.

Wonderful 90th Birthday Celebration

We stayed at this home for my mother's 90th birthday celebration. She had a wonderful time. We all LOVED the property and the heavenly views from all the windows and decks. It was very quiet and peaceful while we were there for 3 days. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location. We definitely hope to return some day!

Great mini getaway

Had a great time at Dan place, he was very receptive to our messages and gave us wonderful tips. The house was well equipped with everything, we had fun crabbing in the lagoon and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets.

The Most Beautiful Location, and house!

Water everywhere you look! Every window has a view of water. Absolutely breathtaking! Mystic Islands was adorable also. Close to LBI and AC. Lots of water toys available (paddleboard, floats etc) at the house. Dan was awesome, he was so accommodating and gave a TON of suggestions on things to do, where to eat etc, and so quick to respond. We are definitely coming back!

AWESOME home and amenities.

Daniel, the host is outstanding. My family enjoyed the lagoon, crabbing and fishing and using all of the canoes and paddleboards. The bay beach a block or so away is beautiful to swim and fish. The home and decks, the sunrises and the sunsets were to die for. You can't make a mistake renting this home to enjoy your family's vacation. So worth the monies. Thanks Dan for the ease in renting and all your help and suggestions were right on. The family already wants to rent again next year. IT'S THAT GOOD PEOPLE ... if i could give more than five stars I would. Linda

Amazing Vacation

Our host, Dan, made our stay effortless and comfortable. His home has amazing views from all areas. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and can't wait to come back. Unparalleled Views

Great Bay out front, boat dock on lagoon out back. Boat access couldn’t be easier. The house was perfectly designed to capture the views with ample windows and decks. We brought a boat and waverunner, but the owner also provided a stand up paddle board, pedal boat and other “water toys”. For anyone drawn to the water, this is a perfect vacation location and perfect house. The owners were very accommodation to some of our special needs.

A Little Bit of Heaven

Spacious and beautiful home surrounded by expansive porch areas and water everywhere. Views to die for as the sun moves through the day. Just a few minute drive to a safe and clean beach area. Friendly, responsive owner who was a pleasure to work with. 6 adults, 3 teenagers, and a 5 year old on a 4 day stay and everyone wanted to stay longer. What a great place.

Great place!! Surrounded by water, great views wide open floor plan,plenty of space lots of windows.we broke the house record for catching blue claw crabs. Dan was very attendant, answered all of our questions promptly

Great getaway

The house was clean, comfortable and a great place to spend time catching up with family. The views are awesome. Dan is a great host, available when needed and very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Fun Friends Getaway

Our group of 10 had a great experience renting Daniel’s place, communication was quick and instructions for getting into the apartment were clear. The apartment was very clean, spacious, stylish ( lots of nice touches), warm and welcoming; equipped with everything we needed. Can’t beat the location and views- bay on one side and lagoon to crab and fish on the other. Dan was kind and even allowed us to use his new crab traps, a beautiful beach was within walking distance. We are regular travelers and would rate Dan’s apartment as one of the nicest valued places we have stayed. We look forward to renting this home away from home again, Dan was a superb host!

Exceptional bay view within clear site of Atlantic City and if that's not enough the lagoon is in the back yard so we are on a peninsula. 65 ft floating dock provides for crabbing and fishing off your own private dock. Dock your water toys with bay access only a few hundred feet away and no bridges. Sunsets , bay breeze you will not want to leave. House is well maintained and open floor plan with huge windows.
