Refrain from this home

Dirty...bathroom was not only dirty but needed maintenance coverage the maintenance that was needed was obvious it had been there for a lengthy period of time, toilets had black rings inside, towels were dirty, ice maker (ice) smelled like bowel movement, when you turn on faucet in kitchen, water sprayer leaked, we were supposed to have starter essentials (didn't get until 2nd day there)(contract clearly states it would be), the floors were full of dust(I drop my keys in living room and it was just disrespectful to know that the home was not throughly cleaned). I contacted services 1st day, 2nd day and they were rude. One unprofessional (obviously not trained well manager) had the nerve to tell me I could leave but never offered me a refund, how possible is it to tell someone on vacation from another state to leave and to be able to get a affordable hotel with a family size of 5. Maintenance came 3day while we were sleeping to try and fix outdated shower. No one from housekeeping ever came. Also the ceiling fan in master bedroom shakes as if it's going to fall. I immediately complained about most of these items and some we just realized as we stayed longer. I never called back after me talking to someone the 2nd time because it was clear it was more of we got your money so where good. I'll never rent from Orlando rent a villa by eagle management but I will rent from others that personally own (I've stayed at personally owned property and never had any problems). Let's see what refund I'm due because this was definitely false advertisement.

Although we do acknowledge that the shower floor has permanent stains, we wanted to ensure that this does not pose a threat to the guest's health and safety, further reassuring that our homecare team guarantees that each home is cleaned to the industry's standards. Our team also left you with a welcome pack during arrival and has explained that like all other vacation rentals, all other items will need to be replenished by yourselves as you use them or as needed. And in the end higher management provided you with monetary recompense as a goodwill gesture. We are saddened that despite our greatest efforts to satisfy your demands, you have composed negative remarks about our team and the home. SPRING BREAK

This property was everything they said it would be. It was beautiful and updated, everything you would need was there. The neighborhood was quite and seemed safe being that we walked to the store regularly. Check in was very accommodating considering this was a last minute booking after another resort canceled on me the day before arrival due to them overbooking. I will definitely be back!!!
