Excellent Vacation Rental

We've rented many vacation homes in the past, and this is, by far, the nicest. After 4 1/2 weeks there, it became our "home" Satellite launches seen from the front yard, pond wildlife in the backyard, and an incredible host. It was an extremely enjoyable experience, one we will hopefully repeat.

Perfect family getaway

This was the perfect place for our family to spend our spring break! The house was clean and had everything needed for our stay. The owners were responsive and always available if we needed anything. We spent plenty of time on the screened in porch drinking our coffee! Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for an amazing spring break!

Home away from home!

We were SO comfortable during our stay here!! Actually my husbands exact words were “this feels like home.” We felt very welcomed by the host, everything was clean and well taken care of. Above and beyond in every way possible. Would love to stay again if we are ever in the area.

Merrit Island Stay

This property was immaculate, comfortable, and beautiful. We absolutely LOVED the home and would stay there again! The host provided many complimentary items such as bottled water, fresh fruit and flowers, beach towels, seasonal hand soaps and much more. We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this experience was for our family!

Kennedy Space Center trip with grandkids

The 3 day weekend Kennedy space center visit with our grandchildren was fantastic. The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. We had a great time playing monopoly and cooking dinner in a kitchen that is well organized. The screened patio has a nice view of the water.

Oasis in the midst of everything you need

Despite being just off of a busy road the actual yard itself is a wonderful little Oasis with the lake behind it. The host supplied everything you could possibly think up to need including bottled water paper cups etc. One of the best kitted out vrbo's I've stayed in. Location is very convenient to lots of restaurants and not far from the beach or KSC.

Wonderful Home

Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us. The home was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were all very comfy, the linens felt great, and the towels were so plush. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered lanai while watching our boys fish in the lake. The hosts were very helpful and prompt with communication. I hope we get to come back soon!

Excellent, Convenient and Relaxing

This is a fantastic place to stay! The location was convenient to the beach and to the highway that leads to the parks. The house was immaculately clean and spacious. When you walk into the house, it is like you are transported from town to nature. The pond behind the house made the backyard a beautiful and relaxing getaway. The hosts were friendly and helpful in answering questions about the area, and they thought of many little amenities that made us feel like we were staying with friends. Oh, and the bed in the master was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. This is one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed in.

Lakeside Gem

The house is conveniently located on a busy road close to a huge Publix grocery and other stores, but it backs up to a large serene lake. Very large screened in lanai. I loved sitting outside and watching all the water birds, squirrels, raccoons and jumping fish. The house interior has a lot of little pretty designer touches that makes it very attractive plus huge sliding glass doors that offer a view of the lake from most rooms of the house. No problem checking in, and the owners were very responsive to any and all of our questions. There was fresh fruit on the counter, bottled water already in the fridge and packets of microwave popcorn in the pantry, plus the fluffiest towels I've ever used. Definitely would go back again in a heartbeat.

Awesome! Very Comfortable Clean Home

Where to start. I've stayed at numerous places but never one as nice, comfortable, and clean as this home was. My group didn't want for anything. Everything was provided so if you happened to forget something, no problem, it was there. Everybody in my group was absolutely blown away with this home. We can only hope to be blessed enough to book this home again when we return the area. Here's another plus. We had some changes to the number of our group and was going to also have a pet join us. I contacted Joe and he made sure the additional guest were welcomed and comfortable during our stay. If you're visiting Merritt Island and need somewhere to stay, don't think twice about booking this home. The host are wonderful and so is the home. You won't regret it.

Great Time

If you arrive at night you need to look very closely because you will pass it. The mailbox needs florescent numbers. After you arrive you have a two-car garage and a turn-around driveway which is nice to have especially since we had two cars. We walked in and everyone was WOWing the entire place. It's beautiful in and out. The home was fully stocked with everything you need except food, toothpaste and toothbrush. The secured doors operated as they should. I looked around and found the hairdryer but there were also bobbi pins, must've been a woman involved. My son ran out of shaving cream and low and behold there was a can under the sink. Very plush towels, all supplies you will ever need. Seating outside along the lake we watched nature doing their things, fish, turtles, etc. I wasn't paid for this review we were just totally satisfied and will definitely do it again.

Comfortable House That Met Our Needs Perfectly

Comments from our group centered around “comfortable”. This house comfortably met our needs. What were our needs? We needed a house within 20 minutes of a specialized Dr that we traveled from TN to have a procedure performed. The Dr is located in Viara. The group consisted of a married couple and an adult. Individual bathrooms and bedrooms of course but a real priority is a functional kitchen as we cook all meals at home. All of these needs were met with this house. Nearby Publix provided the groceries as well as a fresh fish market at Port Canaveral. (Rock Shrimp and Tile Fish are new favorites). The knives were sharp, the refrigerator was full size, and more than one cutting board was available. There are power reclining sofas and the TV had Newsmax available to keep us informed on the latest. The screened-in porch with gas grill was a welcome area to relax in while bird-watching from this porch never got old with the pond adjoining the property. “Immediately feel at home here” exclaimed a guest. Rugs, snacks, comfortable beds all contributed to this positive stay. Thank you to our hosts!

Exceptional Experience

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible VRBO rental house, and I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our time there. From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the luxurious atmosphere of the property. First and foremost, the house itself was absolutely stunning. The spacious layout and tasteful decor made us feel right at home. The living areas were comfortable and provided plenty of space for our group to relax and unwind. The bedrooms were beautifully designed and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep for everyone. The amenities provided were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and had everything we needed to prepare delicious meals. The towels were luxurious and abundant, and there were personal appliances tucked in right where we needed them. One of the highlights of this rental was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the lake. Whether we were enjoying early morning coffee or sunset refreshments on the patio the experience was like a slice of paradise. Furthermore, the communication and service we received from the property owner were exceptional. They were responsive, friendly, and ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly made a difference. In conclusion, our stay at this VRBO rental house was nothing short of extraordinary.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed this house. The scenery was beautiful with the lake and the wildlife. The location was perfect for the beaches. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The property owners were great and made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable in their house. Definitely will be on the list when we go back down to the cocoa beach area.

Home away from home

This was my 3rd time staying here, and it's always perfect. Definitely home away from home when we come down to play softball, the house is perfect for a large group, plenty of room. Everything you need when you are away from home... thanks again for opening your home up
