Charmante Maison de Campagne Avec Piscine, Proche Sites Touristiques

The Roche Blanche cottage is a pleasant natural stone house in the heart of a small hamlet in the Périgord. The stone naturally keeps cool in summer. In winter, a wood stove complements the radiator for a warm atmosphere.
It consists of a spacious bedroom, with an adjoining shower room, and toilets. The bed can be converted into two beds of 90 cm x 200 cm or a large bed of 180 cm x 200 cm, with a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine). In the living room, you have a large sofa, a coffee table and a dining table.

A private terrace is equipped with deckchairs, a wooden table and chairs, as well as garden furniture. A barbecue or baby equipment is available on request, as well as games for children.
A private access allows you to enjoy the swimming pool on deckchairs, with a parasol.
Two stone outbuildings are at your disposal, shared with the other two cottages: Chêne Vert (capacity of 4 people) and Diamant Noir (capacity of 6 people).
The "barn" is equipped with a WIFI area, a large table and a private plancha per cottage. It is a friendly shaded space next to the swimming pool.

Close to all amenities, the house offers you all the comfort for a stay to discover the most beautiful sites of the Dordogne.
Within a radius of 50 km, you can visit Lascaux, and Bergerac.
You will have the opportunity to discover magnificent castles such as Beynac, Les Milandes and many others.
You can enjoy the delicious local products at the farmers' markets that are held every day. Thanks to the many vineyards around, you can taste the wines and have guided tours in the cellars.
Numerous hiking trails, and beautiful vegetation will delight nature lovers.
Many activities for the youngest are offered in summer, for all ages and all tastes.
Many sites offer canoeing and water activities on the Vézère, in the heart of a breathtaking landscape!
You can take a trip back in time with prehistoric sites and medieval villages.
Picturesque villages, classified as the most beautiful in France, are located less than 20 minutes from the cottage (Monpazier, Beaumont, Villeréal).
Finally, the nearest village, Monpazier, is 6 km away. You will find butchers, bakers, bars, greengrocers, mini-markets, clothing stores, and many arts and crafts: pottery, marquetry, jewelry, tapestry, stained glass, etc...
