2-bedroom house with outdoor area 800m from the beach

This brand new house is modern, comfortable and very well equipped. It is ideal for holidays for 2 or 4 people as well as for workers. A beautiful living room and fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a space to eat or rest outside in a quiet area, out of sight and out of the wind (surrounded by 4 walls). The sea is 800m away. Free buses pass in front of the house to take you to Granville or to the train station. The shops of Donville are 1 km away maximum, the bakery less than 100m away. We have been used to receiving tourists for several years in another accommodation and all are very satisfied so we continue the adventure with this one.
Granville is a very pretty city with ramparts, surrounded by the sea. The fine sandy beaches, the coastal towns, the Chausey Islands, the Mont Saint Michel and so many other beautiful places that we will be able to advise you. All this with a rich programme of activities and tourist shows offered by Granville and the surrounding municipalities. See you soon in our beautiful corner of Normandy!
