New hot tub in the backyard is the newest addition along with a dart board in the garage! Welcome to Anchor14, a luxury Westport home meant for friends & family to come and enjoy time on the WA coast. Perched up on hill so there is plenty of natural light & sunset views, and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Comfortably sleep 10 adults with 1 king, 3 queens & 2 twin beds, two living rooms, dining room plus kitchen bar, AC, large deck w/ BBQ, bonfire pit in the backyard. Minutes to restaurants, bars, grocery & other beaches! Pet friendly! Well stocked kitchen & home amenities.

House has a great layout! Downstairs room with bunks is an open floor plan. Works great if you have kids that all want to stay up all night. Cooking and BBQing was seamless! Lots of room for everyone! Close to the beach and to town!

Quiet relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay. 7 adults slept easily. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working when we arrived. It was warm but not hot, indicating that it likely quit just prior to our arrival. Very quiet location close enough to everything. We would happily book again.

Great place to stay, would stay again. Short walk to the beach to see the sunset, dear all around the neighborhood Paige was great to work with. I would recommend this property.

Nice beach home with hottub and claming gear

A nice clean house, hot tub was clean and hot, allowed our dogs, a short walk to the beach, host added razor claming gear upon request.The yard is not fenced, so dogs need to be under control while outside.

Worked perfect for our group

Layout worked great for our group of six adults 3 kids. Easy acces to town and the beach. Went to the pirate days while we were there. Dogs were welcome nice to have a roomy place for our group.

Amazing Christmas Vacation

The house was everything and more! Comfy beds and couches, AMAZING kitchen. Very responsive and helpful host and even put up a Christmas tree for us! Our family of 9 plus the dog had a great time!

End of summer vacation

Spring getaway

We enjoyed this property for a mixed group of teenagers and adults. Plenty of space, entertainment options, well stocked kitchen. The fire pit was a special bonus. Quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive to questions in a timely manner. Many memories made and would stay again!

Awesome beach house!

Beautifully redone and decorated, plenty of room to spread out for family and dogs- this place was exactly what we were looking for. Soft beds and an abundance of extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen was fully stocked- knives were sharp and the appliances were nice and new. Comfortable walk to the beach, and there's also a street for car access to the beach nearby. We highly tecommend you visit Anchor 14!

Beach perfection

This was the perfect beach house for Westport! You're minutes from the beach, but tucked away on a quiet drive. Deer wander through, the stars are so bright, and the waves are close. Plus the house is the perfect layout for the kids to hang out! The entire lower level is bunk beds with a TV and the kids loved having their own space. Upstairs the grownups had the lovely kitchen and porch to snack, chat, and relax. The hot tub was also easy to use and to tidy up. Beds were comfortable, rooms are clean and spacious. Extra amenities like beach towels and puzzles and games were great too!

This was a really beautiful and spacious house. There's plenty of space to house many people and I thought it was clean for the most part. One of my complaints is that the hot tub area in the back, we couldn't find the light-switch. So we were hanging out in the dark, there weren't any directions of where to find the lights. And lastly, the communication between the owner was very delayed on their side. I had sent a message back in May and only heard back after I left her some voicemails. Furthermore, the day of, I didn't receive instructions for check in until after I had left her another voicemail. Overall, it was a nice property but the communication was a bit difficult for me.

Better than advertised

This house is wonderful! There are a few items for guests to be mindful of but definitely not complaints or deal breakers. The house is beautiful, ths decor is beachy and adorable, it was clean and on a quiet street. The owners put so much effort into all the details and kitchen had all you could imagine. Paige communicated beforehand, had a full guidebook she emailed in advance and had it printed when we got there. The guide even had places to eat different beach spots to go to. We followed the advice snd went to the drive on beach and it was awesome. The deck is great to hang out on, get some sun, grill and use the firepit. I sat out and colored in the sunshine. They even had a pack and play on hand. We had such a great time and loved the house. My mother in law even wants me to change out all my cabinets and get ones like Paige's. Things to consider: The downstairs room with 2 beds and 2 bunk beds has no door so everything happening in the downstairs living area and the entire upstairs living and dining rooms and kitchen can be heard. This wasn't a big deal but with little kids going to sleep in the bunk beds earlier than the adults, it made it hard to have conversations upstairs or watch the only tv that was upstairs. And the bunkbeds are really close to the ceiling so the kids (4 and 7 years old) kept hitting their heads. The bathroom downstairs has no shower or tub. The master had a shower. And then the main bathroom upstairs had a tub. So the guests in the non master and downstairs room (8 people potentially) all had 1 tub in the main bathroom upstairs to use, without using the master bath. Also not a deal breaker for us but made getting ready take longer. There is a beach spot about half a mile from the house but the better beach options are farther away. Again, was not a big deal, and obviously not the owners' fault, but be prepared to drive for a beach hang out. Thanks for a grwat experience and home.

We have enjoyed a lot of time in Westport as adults and bought our own vacation home in 2020 that we are now enjoying sharing with fellow travels, friends & family. We hope you will enjoy your stay in our home and the area, as much as we do!

Anchor14 was remodeled and furnished with comfort & amenities in mind. We have put everything in this home that you would hopefully need while on vacation. The location is superb with a quick walk to the beach, and the amount of sunlight we get by being on top of the hill is wonderful. Not to mention the comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone!
