Beautiful 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and private outdoor space in a great Flagstaff neighborhood. Walk/bike easily to historic downtown on the Urban Trail. Easy access to trails, food, close to AZ Snowbowl, 70 miles to the Grand Canyon and 30 miles to Sedona. Be on the chair lift in 20 minutes or at some of our best mountain biking, in 5! Enjoy a soak in the huge bathtub, relax by the fire or sit outside and enjoy the view. We can be your base for exploring or just a quiet space to relax.

This was a great pick for our Flagstaff trip. The property is exactly as described and perfect for a couple. Plenty of room to stretch out and small enough to be cozy. The kitchen is well appointed, though we didn't cook on this trip, just went to local spots. Location rocks for a Canyon visit. It's easy to find, easy to get into and the owner was great. As a former rental owner, I fully appreciated the communication, the notebook, the setup, everything. She does things RIGHT. Will definitely stay here again if available for our next Canyon trip.

We had a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed the large soaking bathtub and the gas fire place! Beth was very helpful and we would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

I enjoyed another long summer stay at Beth’s property. My dog loved the large fenced-in front yard and I love the ease of letting her outside. The off-street parking on the driveway is very convenient. The apartment is large and comfortable, with everything needed for a long visit. The neighborhood is wonderful and quite walkable; the Urban Trail runs through the neighborhood. Beth always responds promptly to any questions.

good neighborhood, cute place, and netflix access! Everything was perfect for our weekend getaway. Not that far from nice trails and the downtown area. Host offers good food recommendations as well in the house binder they left for us. We definitely felt taken care of. Overall a great stay! Would definitely stay again :)

Good for a "Dogcation!"

Good for getting out of the Phoenix heat in the sizzling summer with our two-dogs. Clean and pet friendly with an enclosed front yard for your pets to wander a bit, but it would be even better with grass instead of stones. Many thoughful touches like a basket of snacks, K-cups for the coffee maker and a bag of ice. There is particularly fast, stable internet. The pictures and text on VRBO accuratey portray the premises. Interesting neighborhood close to downtown Flagstaff. Some homes are quite beautiful, and others are shacks that look like they have been unattended for years. We had no problems at all other than swarms of ants near the front door that probably just go with the territory. We did not see ants inside the house. Very convenient parking in the driveway, great for loading and unloading.

Perfect Cozy Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was super cute and quaint—just what we were hoping for. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, and it was such a bonus that our corgi Frankie was welcome. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved the place. The neighborhood was nice and so were the neighbors. Wish we had more time to explore the area and I have told everyone about how nice the city and the neighborhood we stayed in.

Absolutely Lovely

Meticulously clean, quiet and cozy. Peaceful neighborhood. Easy parking just off the unit. The perfect jumping off point for the Grand Canyon but close enough to town for dining, etc. I’ll definitely be back.

Clean, peaceful and spacious!

We stayed for 3 nights for my son’s graduation from NAU. The location was convenient- only a 10 minute drive from campus. The unit itself has a large living room, nice kitchen and bathroom and bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Convenience amenities including a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, an iron were great to have.
