Cute and fun!

This was such a cute and fun place to stay. Close distance to everything you want or need. My family and I had such a great time staying here. The amenities and the bikes really added to keeping the kids busy other than the beach . Very clean and quiet. Will stay here again.

Great stay!

The decor and amenities in this unit and the view of the pool made this a wonderful stay. We loved staying first week of August because it seems the summer crowd was much less. The property is managed by a great team.

Great stay

The condo was absolutely fabulous, very updated and had all the amenities you needed!! We had pool view which was nice and took advantage of the grilling area. Beach was right across the street only issue with that was finding the right access to public areas. Definitely recommend this condo the management was very responsive when needed and polite

Very enjoyable stay!

The unit had the perfect layout for our family's needs. I especially appreciated the Jack and Jill bathroom having two separate toilets. Since we were vacationing with our little kids and our older teens, this came in very handy for them. The beds were very comfortable, never slept better! The decor was light, breezy, and classy. Beachy without being kitschy. The unit overseeing the pool from the balcony was certainly a plus. The property felt safe and was well kept, with a charming little boardwalk that meanders through the grounds and gardens. The beach, along with restaurants and shops, was a very short 3-5 minute walk away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose the condo after Hurricane Ian interrupted our plans. It was a perfect location and great condo. It was updated and well appointed. We enjoyed the oversized balcony. It was easy to access the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Highly recommend. The management team was great and responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 4 nights at the condo and it was well-decorated and comfortable and a reasonable walk to the beach. It has lots of beach equipment and it was great to have 2 bikes available. The only real issue we had was that we had to call 2 days in a row to ask for the microwave to be fixed, were told twice it would be, and it never was. So we spent the whole trip with no microwave. Other than that, the place itself is lovely and perfect for a small family beach vacation.

Beachwood Villas

Everything was as seen in the pictures and a bonus of extra beach gear. Our host was fantastic and replied quickly to all my questions. The positives: The condo is steps to one of the two pools is next to the Condo, the community laundry is steps away (if you need to do larger loads), the walk to the beach is pretty close, the traffic always stopped on the cross walk over to the beach (on 30A), the small patio overlooks a pool, the gas station next is Beachwood Villas is convenient, and Grayton Beach State Park is close!. The negatives: Traffic on 30A is very busy, golf carts slow the traffic, parking is tough to find if you want to hang out in Seaside on 30A, the steps going down to the beach of the public access are a work out if you have a beach cart. All of the negatives have nothing to do with Beachwood Villas. I recommend 12E any day!

Nice getaway but improvement on lock needed

We had a nice stay at this condo. It was clean, decorated nicely, and comfortable. It is a decent walk to the beach and was a lot to lug all of our stuff to the beach. Much more of a haul than I expected to get to the public beach. One major recommendation is to replace the lock on the front! Half of our party got locked out the first night and had to sleep in their car. The other half were asleep in the condo and had phones on silent due to a baby in the room. The code somehow wasn’t working after midnight and they couldn’t get in. I called and they couldn’t explain what happened and all I received was an “Aw man, I’m sorry here’s your new code”. It was not a good start to our vacation and set a rough mood. Plus the keypad worked maybe 1/5 times. You’d have to enter the code several times to get it to unlock. Just beware and hopefully they will get this fixed.

Once that happened the door code was no longer available. We will definitely take a look into the lock and resolve any issues with it. Lovely condo across from the beach

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our three kids and my sister. The condo was clean, nicely updated throughout and decorated so cute! It is right down the street from public beach access…but once you get down to the beach you have to go right or left about 200 feet as it’s a private beach only at the end of the public walkway. We brought our bikes and I’m so glad we did. Although there are a few restaurants and a gas station close by, everything else is too far to walk to in my opinion. Seaside Square was super cute- a 10 minute bike ride or you could drive but parking is limited. There are boutiques, a couple ice cream shops, food trucks, a few restaurants and bars. They had live music one night and showed a family movie another night we were there. Very family friendly! We also rode our bikes to get ice cream and go to souvenir shops in Seagrove. There are two bikes available to use at the condo and a closet full of beach toys, chairs, rafts and an umbrella. My only complaint was that one of the community pools was closed the entire week we were there and the other pool did not look very clean. The water was murky and stayed that way the whole week (even after I called management to report it). I did not see any pool cleaners there all week. Also, I did not see an outdoor shower by the pool or anywhere by our condo. That would have been helpful to wash off again or rinse off beach equipment before we packed up to leave (there is a shower on the public beach access walkway). Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Seagrove and would stay at this condo again!

Enjoyed our stay!

Here are some things you need to know before staying here that’s not on the VRBO listing: •They do have beach equipment for use in the closet by the front door. Chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, floats, boogie boards, volleyball and air pump. They also have tennis rackets and balls. •There’s a few card games. •There’s 4 box fans in master closet to use. •The bikes that come with the rental are blue with green rims and say Oversee on them, located under the stairwell under the room or opposite side. •The beach access is not far at all! However, it does lead to a “private” beach on either side that belongs to the condos on each side and their umbrellas and chairs are set up daily so you have to walk “200 ft” to the left for the public beach area. But this is not strictly enforced and if you get down there early enough to put up your chairs right by the beach the chair boys won’t say much. They also don’t mind if you set up behind the condo’s chairs either. There’s a man that is on the beach daily there, his name is JT and a very nice man who has some good stories to tell! •Using the bikes and a golf cart are a must if you want to go down to Seaside. You can drive there but finding a parking spot is not easy. And riding the bikes are fun! Not a bad ride at all over to Seaside. •Master bed and double full beds are comfortable. The queen bed is hard. Overall, we had a great time, there’s several restaurants and a gas station that is in walking distance.
