Really nice stay! Steps from the beach. The two pools, hot tub, and exercise facilities are nice. Nice parking - you only have to go up one flight of stairs. There aren’t beach towels or beach gear here - so bring your own! But there is a little community bin that has some floats and stuff. Kitchen/cooking utensils were well stocked. Also a nice stroll to coffee, food, and our favorite Buddy’s! Get the spicy shrimp!

We only needed somewhere to stay for the weekend and this location was perfect. just a short walk to the beach.

Great Place

Loved our stay. Could see the gulf from the balcony which made for a great view during morning coffees. Short walk to the beach and the pools were great too.

Great beach condo. Loved the layout. 2 bedrooms were large and comfortable and the bunk area was a hit with the kids. BIG POOLS, BIG BALCONY, BIG BEACH that is not crowded. Easy access over to Restaurants and fun. Rent this one with absolute confidence.

Restful Respite! Loved it.

Low Key Low Crowd area. The huge balcony was a hit for coffee in the morning and cocktails at the magic hour. Very spacious. Easy Parking with the covered parking spot right under the condo. Park, walk in.. vacation commence!

Our stay was filled with so many great memories, the condo was very clean and spacious, great amenities throughout, restaurants close by along with great shopping.

Great Stay

We had a very enjoyable vacation. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. We loved the pool and being right on the beach. This is a very safe, family oriented area and we will be back.

The condo itself was perfect and as advertised. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The main issue we had was that most of the building was under construction/remodel. The pool (the main reason we picked this condo) was closed due to this remodeling. I would have liked to know this ahead of time. For the price, the amenities that we were not able to use made it not really worth it. Next year, if the remodel is complete, we would love to give it another try. I can see how nice it will be when everything is available to use.

Great weekend trip!

We came for a long weekend stay with family and this place was perfect. We loved the big pool with lots of chairs. The beach was very easy and close to access! The condo was very clean and spacious! The location was great too, within 10min to Seaside and Alys Beach. Will definitely try to plan another trip here in the future!

Great Family Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed this beach trip with our son and daughter-in-law and two little granddaughters. We had plenty of room and were super comfortable. The beach and pool were just outside, and the littles loved both! Under the building parking spot was a real plus in the heat. We love this place!

This unit is loaded with glowing 5 star reviews, we reached out and got no clarification on this from you. The unit was cleaned and inspected, then inspected again by our property manager prior to your arrival, we’re not sure of what prompted this surly review of this fantastic, Clean, and highly rated unit.

Accommodations were excellent.

There was remodeling construction going on and was a bit noisy at times. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I rented the property in January when price was high and there was no diclosure about the work on the property. Noise was terrible and there were contractors around the pool during the day. Roughly we overpaid 70% over the discounted price of the works which the host did not reimburse.Worst part though, was that there was a leak in the bathroom that during the first 5 days of the stay we had to keep towels on the floor to keep it dry. They kept saying they would review the situation with the "management". Last day they offered a 5% discount which we found insulting. Over all a terrible stay, I would stay away from these people, Warren Beach Rental.

We knew renovations were going on. However, it was way more extensive than we were led to believe. The pool and beach access were permanently closed during our stay. Even though only a few condos in the whole complex were rented out, the private beach area was packed because they didn’t stop others from setting up their stuff. The elevator was out several times. The units facing the pool should have been the priority to get finished so the scaffolds could be removed and the pool opened. That was not the case. The workers were mostly working on the outside units while we were there. I did reach out to the Host and they gave us a 1 night refund to help ease our frustrations. Once the project is completed, this place will be amazing.

Great family friendly location

We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again. Easy, short walk to the beach & pool. Great to be able to park underneath the building, out of the sun. Great family rental. We never heard any noise from neighbors. Everyone we did meet was very friendly. Beach service is not included in the rental (which we knew beforehand) but we were easily able to reserve & pay for the morning of our first beach day—starting 8am on the beach.

It was close to beautiful beach Check in was easy Bracelets present to get in and out to pool and beach Nice pools Master bedroom pillows and mattress so comfy Couch and chair old flat cushioned needs replacing Needs a deep clean like dust on floorboards and dried debris on cabinetry Second bedroom mattress needs replacing as well as pillows. Also if you are going to provide games, the game pieces weren’t in the boxes.

Enjoyable Thanksgiving at the Beach

Our annual family trip to the beach was enhanced by our stay at this property. The grandchildren loved using the pool and we were only a short walk from the beach with easy access. But be aware that there was no beach service for beach chairs at this time of year, so bring your own chairs in the fall! The unit was roomy and had the amenities we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We really enjoyed the roomy balcony and the roomy bathrooms. The beach was only partially visable because of a large sand dune that blocked the view. Overall, we would return to this unit.
