Side note. Due to the rise in local utilities costs, we have had to create fees to counter the recent increase. In order to maintain an affordable experience per night for our guests. We are saddened by this. As our goal was always to provide a relaxing get away for anyone looking for a getaway retreat or an adventure.

We are in between Lake Havasu, Laughlin and Lake Mohave's Katherine Landing. Nestled along the Colorado river. Only 25 minute drive from Oatman.

Minutes away from the boat launches, grocery stores, Rotary Park and Avi Casino

The driveway may accommodate up to a 28 foot watercraft or RV.

Due to a recent increase in disrespectful and unreasonable guest behavior, we feel it’s necessary to clearly state the following:

This is not a hotel — this is our private home that we graciously open to guests. While we do our best to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience, we do not offer 24-hour maid service, concierge staff, or hotel-level amenities.

We are fully booked nearly year-round because of our excellent location and private pool — not because we run a luxury resort. If we were to operate this home like a hotel with full-time employees, the cost of your stay would be at least double.

We also cannot be expected to track or prevent every minor issue left behind by previous guests — such as forgotten clothing, misplaced items, or minor oversights like not willing to use an air matress. These are not emergencies. If you find something that needs attention, you must give us the courtesy and opportunity to resolve it before leaving negative feedback or reviews.

This is our home — not the Ritz. If you are looking for hotel-style perfection, instant service, or are unable to be respectful, patient, and kind, then this is not the right property for you.
