Hi Tonja, We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the home was exactly as described. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we're especially happy you were able to relax and enjoy the pool. Thank you for being such respectful guests and for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your recommendation and would be delighted to welcome you back the next time your travels bring you to the Fort Mohave/Laughlin area!

Hi Maribel, We appreciate you pointing out the propane tank for the grill. We do keep a spare propane tank on the property for our guests, and we wish you had let us know during your stay so we could have directed you to it or assisted you right away. Unfortunately, the home required significantly more cleaning than expected after their stay. We found blood on the tile floors, food left on the stove, the floors required extensive cleaning, and several items were damaged, including a trash can, an alarm clock, and a burn mark on the dining table. While we appreciate their stay, we would encourage future hosts to communicate expectations clearly and inspect the property after checkout.
