Welcome to your coastal retreat in beautiful Perdido Key! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home is situated in the beautiful Lost Key Resort, offering direct access to the incredible Perdidio Key Beach. Whether you’re planning to explore the coastal towns or relax by the water, this house is the perfect base for your stay.

After a fun-filled day at the beach or 18 holes of golf, the villa is designed to entertain your family and friends in the comfy open living area. Enjoy a family game night or share a movie and popcorn on the large sectional couch. The second floor has its own powder room, fully equipped kitchen and an 8' island with bar stools, perfect for preparing your own meals and really feeling at home. The balcony has seating and beautiful views of the preserve and creek.

All three bedrooms are on the third floor. The master bedroom has a thera-pedic cooling KING bed, ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and double vanity sink. The second bedroom has a comfortable QUEEN size bed. The third bedroom has TWO sets of single BUNK BEDS. All of the beautifully decorated bedrooms have ceiling fans, TVs, extra pillows and blankets. A queen air mattress and 2 single cots are available for guests. Linens provided.

The Beach Club has a parking area east of the Beach Club. Limited parking available.
The Resort Pool offers parking. Ride the complimentary Beach & Resort Shuttle.

The PRIVATE BEACH CLUB for guests/members is a 5,000 square foot facility sitting directly on the Beach offering delicious poolside dining, swimming pool, beach access, locker rooms, and showers. BEACH SERVICE is available on a first come/first serve basis offering beach chairs/umbrellas. Pricing guide in the Welcome Book.
The FITNESS CENTER located at the Resort Pool, has state of the art fitness equipment.
The RESORT STYLE POOL offers zero entry with fountains, striped lanes for lap swimming, & HOT TUB.

The Lost Key condo owners and My Key Stays Management company are not responsible for any Lost Key Resort amenities closed to guests or in disrepair. Hours and availability subject to change.

The Resort Pool is a short 10 minute walk from the Town home. A beach cart is available for guests to use for the pool or beach.

The Beach Club is an enjoyable 15-20 minute walk from the home. Or guests may use the Complimentary Beach Shuttle Service . The BEACH SHUTTLE will run a continuous loop with stops at the pool/fitness center for the Townhomes/Villas, and the BEACH CLUB. Last Beach Club pick-up at 6 pm.

A beach cart, Bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, umbrella stroller, cooler and beach toys are available for guests to use. Tennis rackets and tennis balls. 2 kayaks & life vests - Please use with ADULT SUPERVISION ONLY. Please use the kayak pull cart or transport by vehicle. A gas grill is located right outside the back garage door.

Check out Procedures-
Leave beds unmade, cleaners will strip the beds.
Place all used towels in the laundry area.
Load and start the dishwasher.
Turn off all lights and electronics.
Please turn the thermostat to 76* in the Summer.
