Good location, spacious, good wifi for anyone that would like to work from here and the kitchen is well stock with pots & pants, containers, water bottle and everything you need to make a home cook meal and the bed is comfortable.

The condo was very spacious and the 3 levels made the unit feel even bigger. It was amazingly cleaned and ready for our stay. There were bikes, water toys, and beach chairs available which were a very nice surprise. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The unit had a nice garage that was spacious enough to pull in a large SUV so that we could avoid the down pouring rain this week. The seating in the living room needed a few more seats for a place that allows 6 people but the dining table was spacious enough to allow for playing games. There is a nice screened porch seating area. You are given a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels so if you stay for a lengthy time period, you might need more of a supply. The community pool and weight room were very nice. The downside to that area was the lack of parking. The whole housing campus felt really safe and there were sidewalks that made walking or bike riding safe. The location of the units was centralized enough to find restaurants, shopping or beach access. We would totally stay here again. The staff were all very professional and courteous.

Awaken by the owner ( so he stated ) aggressively beating on the door and needing inside the unit. He frantically swapped some paintings around and left. Security arrived since someone else called the office on the same individual for driving a motorhome on property. ( was told it was not allowed ) wish someone from the office would have given us a heads up. Young lady ( from hr ) at check in was wonderful and very helpful. Whole neighborhood lost power 3 times ( one of which was for 6 hours ). While the property was aesthetically great and in good order. I would never rent there again ( at any price )

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry your stay was disturbed and by the repeated power outages. We do not permit owners or vendors to enter a occupied unit without notice. When we were alerted, our team responded and confirmed the individual made a brief visit and left. Lost Key security was involved because another Lost Key member reported an unauthorized motorhome within the Lost Key property. You should have been notified — that was a lapse on our part, and we will reinforce our access and communication procedures with owners and staff. I’m glad the front desk agent was helpful at check-in. We regret that the overall experience fell short of expectations and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention so we can improve.

Stayed for 5 nights with my family. The property was clean and had everything we could need. The air conditioning worked great! Centrally located and a nice, quiet place to stay. Would stay again!

Overall 5 star rating. Kitchen and bedrooms and bath were all wonderful Nicely furnished with everything including beach items and sand toys. The screened in patio was nice and the back sitting area with sand was wonderful. Living room furniture could use an upgrade for comfort and more seating. Rental should emphasize that it is essentially three story with two levels of stairs to maneuver throughout the house. They had two baby gates in closet and we brought one so it all worked out but could be tough for a toddler family. We loved having the shuttle bus service but wished it started an hour earlier Would definitely rent this property again.
