Located in Sterling Springs Resort, this beautiful two bedroom cabin is nestled in the back yard of Pigeon Forge. Come and stay in this unique 2 bedroom 2 bath round cabin close to all Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Sit back and relax in the covered hot tub or take a dip in the resort pool (pool available during summer months through first weekend in September). Take a zip on the zipline only a few yards away. Enjoy the serenity of the cabin. Or you may just want to sit in the rockers on the deck and take in the "Heavenly View". Heavenly View is waiting for you!

Inaccurate location and dirty

The place needs some deep cleaning. There is really a bad smell that hits you as soon as you walk in. Clearly the place has not had detailed cleaning in a while. The upstairs furniture is all broken down. Location estimate provided on the listing was about 40 minutes away from where really the cabin is. The location of the cabin is on the other side of town not between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg as advertised.

Hosts were very accommodating and helpful!

Cabin was very nice and clean! It met all our expectations. Host went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. I was irritated to find out after we booked it that the cabin did not have internet or a landline. This is not disclosed anywhere in the Vrbo listing. However, it does get good cell phone reception. The email with the directions states to start from the rental office which is 30 miles out of the way and follow their directions to get to the cabin. This is also the location that pulls up on Mapquest when you enter the address. Although they have no control over Mapquest locations. The cabin is located in Sevierville near Wahoo zip lines. It is not between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. That didn’t make any difference to us, but I know would be very important to some. I would give straight 5’s except for the lack of internet. That being said we would still stay here again

This place was absolutely perfect! Honestly wouldn’t have changed a single thing about this place! The location is perfect also! About less than 10 minutes from Dave and busters in Sevierville! We will serve booking here again!

Heavenly Views was a great place to stay!

The views were amazing and it was a comfortable stay. However, we did not realize that there was no Wifi and a few things didn’t work such as the fireplace and DVD player. Other than that it was a great place to call home for a few days!

Great cabin, incorrect location

This cabin was a great place to stay, but the location listed on the listing is completely incorrect. We booked this cabin because of the location that was listed online (midpoint between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg) and instead of being 10/15 minutes from Gatlinburg, we were 40 minutes. I understand that the listings don’t give you exact locations before booking but this cabin is not in between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge, it’s a good bit north of pigeon forge in a completely different town (Sevierville). Again, the cabin itself was great but we booked this because of the location and that was absolutely incorrect and false advertising. For the amount of money that we spent, we were disappointed.

Nice Yurt - Fully Equipped

The views and custom service were amazing. The cabin is fully furnished. I recommend bringing a blanket and extra pillows. It was very cool in the cabin. Rocking chairs were a nice extra. I thought it would be more secluded, but there were a number of cabins all around us, but we didn't hear anyone except the workman across the street one morning. Easy access to Pigeon Forge (about 10 minutes by car).

Beautiful View and area

Our family really enjoyed this home and location. It was a little difficult to find initially, but once we got that figured out, we were good. definitely recommend arrive in the day time to find the resort area and cabin. Overall everything was clean, access was easy, check in and out were easy and my family was very pleased with the location and home. Would definitely come back again.

Would recommend!

Cute little place that was perfect for us! If my kids were a little older, I think the loft area with the skylight would have been the place to be! Loved the "heavenly view" as well! Only got to enjoy the "hot bathtub", as my toddler called it, once as we were out so much, but that was fun for all of us too. I don't have any complaints exactly but the only downside I had was that one of the reasons we chose the cabin is because it said it had a fireplace. Technically it has a heater that looks like a fireplace. Not a big deal as we didn't need it because the weather was surprisingly warm for Christmas time, but nonetheless it's a heater and not a fireplace, wood or gas. Only other cons was the cleaning wasn't the best but average for what a hotel would be. Lots of undusted places, some of the dishes needed better cleaning, and just little things here and there like in the bathroom and some of the pillowcases or maybe it was the pillows needed a washing as they smelled unwashed so we used the ones that smelled clean. Lots of pros though. The satellite wasn't working in one of the bedrooms and the owner came out and fixed it the next day. Very nice! The hot tub was clean as was most of the cabin. The owner was very nice and communication was great. The location was good and close to pigeon forge. Not even a 10 min drive down. Wonderful view! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful View

This cabin is in a great location atop a hill with a gorgeous view of the mountains from the deck. It is in a resort neighborhood with many other cabins, yet we didn't feel stacked on top of the other houses. Heavenly View is located right next to the Wahoo Zipline, and we thought it was funny to sit outside and listen to the zipliners' excitement. When there was an issue with getting the hot tub to work, the property manager was a quick phone call away and helped us resolve the issue within a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

Some confusion on check in at going by location on parkway befire going to property on other side if town added time to teip almost hoir with car show and traffic check in could be streamlined since all was paid in full on vrbo but cabin and location bwas great
