The residence is on a human scale, located between the scrubland and the sea (sea view from almost the entire residence).
The architecture of the mainly stone buildings blends in with the surrounding scrubland.

Free parking is available at the entrance to the residence. However, you can drive into the residence on the day of your arrival and departure to unload and load your vehicle.

A bakery service (pastries) is available every day in the residence car park from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfasts during high season.

There are restaurants just outside the residence, as well as numerous walking trails.
Porto-Pollo (5 minutes by car) has restaurants right on the beach, local shops, a pharmacy, a water sports center, and more.
Proiano is 30 minutes away by car if arriving by ferry, or 1 hour from Ajaccio (by plane or ferry).

There are many cultural, sporting, and discovery sites to explore in the region.
