Living Area: Enter through the screened-in front porch to find a spacious kitchen with a dining table and TV for game days. The inviting living area on the second floor features a high-top table, dry bar, and comfortable seating.

Great family getaway!

We loved our stay. The house was clean, well kept and the pool was great!!! The closeness to the beach with access across the street was perfect! We would definitely come back!!

Hot tub and pool were excellent. Having the pool heated was perfection. Grill, patio area was also great. Literally only thing I would suggest are some blinds or a curtain for the sliding glass kitchen door. Not even a big deal. House was beautiful, clean and perfect location.

Great house

We rented the house for my sister's bachelorette weekend and it was great. Very clean and all the bedrooms are as pictured. The layout is hard to see in pictures but the kitchen is on the main floor and living room/bar on the second. The pool and deck area is beautiful and perfect for our needs. Overall great house and would definitely rent again

Family vacation

Great location. It would have been nice nice to have beach toys available for our little ones. The only thing missing is being able to have our family dog. 🙂

Overall, the location of the property was great however, there were a lot of cleanup rules, and there wasn’t a lot of supplies provided such as garbage bags, additional paper, towel, towels, and napkins.

A welcomed break from the pandemic!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The pool was perfect for little kids and it allowed for quick access to the beach for early morning beach walks. Kitchen was fully stocked and is located on the first floor (living room area on the 2nd floor) - this required some navigating with our 1yo at times, would be nice to have more of a kitchen type sink/trash on the living room floor. Really appreciated having enough towels, sheets were very soft, easy parking and great location, can't wait to go back!

Extended family vacation

We love the location and the spaces in this house, especially the outdoor spaces like the screened in porch, the fire pit, and the pool area- all great to hang out in, lots of room for our family of teenagers, young adults, and the parent generations to hang out, play games, and have fun. The location directly across from the beach access was also great. House and pool are in excellent condition. We would definitely come back and rent this house again. It would be helpful to get unbreakable cups for around the pool. Otherwise, kitchen is well stocked. We appreciate the drink refrigerators for our large group.

Close to the beach

The home was nicely renovated though quite small for 5 bedrooms. The pool and hot tub were great once they were cleaned and once they got the heater working which was on our last day there. The property manager was reachable but the representative lacked tact and may need some customer service training. All-in-all the management company did make up for the pool being dirty and the heater not working for the hot tub or pool. I would give them another chance and we did enjoy ourselves overall.

Looks better online

The house definitely looks better online. It’s smaller than it seems and the backyard isn’t nearly as nice as the pictures. We got a call the day that we were supposed to check in that the pool heater wasn’t working which was a huge letdown. We did get refunded the money we paid for it. We also called to get help with the outdoor speakers and were told that someone would call us back to help- we never got a call back. The house was clean and served it’s purpose but it wasn’t what we hoped for overall.

Family Friends Fun!

What a beautiful property for a fabulous stay with family and friends. This house is perfect for a large group looking to relax at the house, hit the beach and travel into Charleston. The kids lived in the pool, the parents could chill and grill and at night light up the fire pit for some good ol’ s’mores! The house was clean, great layout and different rooms to accommodate all sizes in our group. The property management was super helpful and prompt in helping when needed. We loved our stay and would definitely return!! This house is the place to be!
