This stunning, oceanfront 5 bedroom home in the Grand Pavilion community at Wild Dunes Resort is just what you've been searching for! The home is renovated, you'll find new appliances, updated flooring, and brand new furnishings throughout! But surely your attention will be on the panoramic beach views from every level!

Consisting of three floors, you'll first arrive to the covered carport. Unload your luggage easily with help from the elevator that is accessible from the ground level! When you arrive to the first floor, you'll find an open & bright living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a meal with your family after a long day at the beach! There is also a half bath and laundry area for convenience. Enjoy the gorgeous oceanfront screened patio - it even has an outdoor dining table! Perfect for morning coffee with an ocean breeze.

Take a flight of stairs (or a short elevator ride) to the second floor. Four of the five bedrooms will be found here: a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twins, a queen master, and a king master! There is another wonderful oceanfront patio as well - so no one in the group will miss out on the breathtaking views! All bathrooms are newly updated and bedrooms have brand new furniture!

Lastly, you'll find yourself on the third level where the King Master Suite resides; an expansive and beautiful room with a private oceanfront balcony. It also boasts a gorgeous, updated master bathroom, sitting area, and wet bar for convenience! Truly fit for a King (and Queen!).

This home has something for everyone. A wonderful floor plan, a plethora of outdoor seating, the convenience of being oceanfront, and the luxury of being fully renovated! Not to mention that this is the perfect location within the resort! You can easily walk over to the Grand Pavilion pools, Boardwalk Hotel, and Village. Check out the firepit on the Village plaza, or play a round of golf at the Harbor Course! Everything was wonderful! Especially appreciated all the supplies and pump soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only negative was allowing only 4 cars into the garage and driveway. It could have easily held all five cars that we had from people traveling from different directions. It was a hassle to keep the fifth car in a different location.

I really liked the house and its location to the beach…Though I have to say the amenities leave something to be desired. The TV downstairs did not work, the dishwasher did not work, and the 3rd floor king mattress is in bad shape and needs replacing. I knew that it being Christmas week we would not get any response and that didn’t bother me…but this is too nice of a property to rent in this conidition.

Nice location

Rented this property while attending a family wedding in Wild Dunes. The location was great ( although the weather was not very good while we were there ) to enjoy the beach on resort amenities. The property was clean although damage from previous tenants was still not repaired in some rooms. Would recommend.

Wonderful

Wonderful home, comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful view. Everything was easy and lovely about this home. The area was convenient. We didn’t utilize the restaurants much but enjoy the shops and spa. The only negative I would say is the upstairs master bedroom, did not have a shade over the double doors that opened up. To the beautiful beach view. This means if you were light sensitive, you’re waking up very early with the sun.

Family Trip

Overall, the house was clean, the views were incredible, and as we had elderly family members on the trip, the elevator was invaluable. We had a wonderful trip and created some great memories.I'm a bit of a clean freak so there were some things that I thought needed attention: the kitchen trashcan was pretty gross, the floor fan in the queen bedroom was very dusty, a broken lamp in the other queen bedroom, and we felt like we needed to wash everything in the kitchen that we used. The cooking utensils and pots/pans were not in good condition. Also, the elevator door on the bottom level (parking area) gets stuck and is very hard to open.

Tale of two stories - Great location on Isle of Palms near the pavilion but a very poorly maintained property. Wonderful view, very close to the best parts of Isle of Palms, with a great view . However the property is in terrible shape. The elevator interior is covered in black mold, there were ants and a few other types of bugs in every room in the house. The doors and frames must be very old - several of the doors were very swelled and difficult to open. There are two squirrel nests in the garage. The living room furniture is simply gross overall. There is an icemaker in the kitchen that makes a tremendous amount of noise, doesn't make ice, and has black specks of mold inside it.

The house is in a great location and great view. However it does need some TLC. The window covering on the 3rd master is missing and this was a known issue as I saw it in another review. We asked for it to be fixed but there was a temporary blind install but no replacement. Another big issue is the door deadbolt does not work. It is broken and therefore the house cannot be locked. There are various other broken items in the house - the master bathroom vanity drawers, the light fixture in the staircase. It just needs some TLC and someone checking it before guests arrive.

Check-in was easy and the location can’t be beat. Overall, we had a great vacation but the house was a bit more tired than we expected. Maybe because it was the end of the season?! It could use a paint refresh and deep cleaning. The sofas and rugs in the family room were pretty dirty. Drawers in the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned out. The 2nd Floor bathrooms were in good shape. The primary bathroom needs some TLC. At least straighten the drawer fronts. There were ants in one of the bedrooms. We weren’t able to get any TVs working, the a/c wall unit in the primary was giving an error message and the dehumidifier ran the entire time and was incredibly loud. The paper shade hanging from the door in the primary wasn’t what we expected for 2k / night. Also, there appears to be water leaking through the electrical outlet by the back doors on the 1st floor. We had a great time but not sure we would book the rental again unless we were certain it at least had a deep clean. It wouldn’t take much to fix the house up and it would be perfect!!
