Welcome to our house in the cool pines of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, located on a heavily treed, quiet cul-de-sac in the Continental Country Club area on the east side of town and surrounded by state and national forest. The elevation at our home is over 7,000 feet so you can enjoy the cool summer climate—(summer average highs in the 70s-80s and lows in the 40s-50s).

All four bedrooms are upstairs. The Master bedroom has a California King bed and the other three large bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms feature smart TVs for streaming. High Speed wireless throughout the house.

On the lower level we have a fully equipped Kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances. There is a small table in the Kitchen and a larger table in the dining room. The hallway connecting these two rooms has a bathroom and a full size clothes washer and dryer. Relax in the living room with a gas fireplace and a 70" Smart TV.

Outside is a front and back deck with a very comfy patio sofa, ottomans, table and chairs along with a BBQ grill.

Perfect house for our family. Beautiful outdoor area to enjoy coffee in the morning and grill at night. Jon was so responsive before and during our stay and made everything extremely easy. Great location to quickly get in and out of downtown Flagstaff. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay in the pines!!

Great location!! Beautiful house in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff! The house is super well stocked and cleaned! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay very much, having deer visit in the mornings while we had coffee was the highlight of the stay! Will def.stay here again!

The Perfect Family Getaway

This home was the perfect fit for our New Year's family trip. It is very spacious with everything we needed for our 5 day trip. Jon is an amazing host and has great communication. Our 7 month old giant St. Bernard puppy loved it as well. The fenced back porch was perfect for him to enjoy the cold weather. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet atmosphere in the forest. We would definitely stay here again!

Flagstaff Home Rental

For a last minute booking over the 4th of July week, this home had everything we needed. The owner was terrific, answered all our questions and was easy to get a hold of, very accommodating. Of the homes we have rented in the past, this was the only one that allowed access to the garage, it was nice putting the car away at night. Master bedroom was the home's best feature, 5 stars, followed by an awesome kitchen with everything needed to cook for a large party of people. Back porch was cozy, lots of pine trees, we loved our morning visits from the deer and blue jays. The living room is quite small if you have more than 5 people, it didn't matter to us, we were loving the cooler summer days outdoors. Quick access to everything you need, and the downtown. Friendly neighbors, too.

Great house, quiet neighborhood, good location

This house was great for our stay. There were six adults with plenty of room so we didn't trip over each other. The house provided everything we needed. The property was clean and inviting as a home. The location was great for a home base to see the sights in and around the Flagstaff area. The owner was awesome to deal with. Very honest and very quick in returning answers to questions. The best was getting back the security deposit before I even returned home. Yes I would stay here again!

Wonderful home away from home!

Pros: Great location in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Home was clean, roomy, and in great condition. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Cons: Master bedroom has a large picture window with no window covering, leaving you with little privacy at night and lots of light early in the morning. The house is sparsely furnished and the living room has seating for 3-4 people with one chair and one couch. Despite these minor cons, we would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay there again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. The house is in a nice neighborhood and in a great location - easy access to the best of Flagstaff and beyond. The house is nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Flagstaff is a fun place to vacation. Beautiful natural scenery, lots of hiking trails, good restaurants and shopping, and the Historic District were some of my favorites. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful Flagstaff vacation.

Wonderful Christmas stay

I stayed with my 3 grown children and their 6 little ones under 6 ,for a week between Christmas 2012 and New Years. The house was perfect for our large crowd. Plenty of sleeping space,bedding,extra blankets and air mattresses. The kitchen was very well outfitted and we cooked most of our meals there. The large family room housed us all and the Tv was great. The many windows afforded us a great view into the pine woods-and we saw 3 Mule deer. All of the shops and restaurants were within a 10 minute drive as was the wonderful Aquaplex.

Relaxed and Refreshed

This home had absolutely everything we needed for our recent "time out" away from work and the city. Its quiet cul de sac location is free of street/traffic noise, yet close to everything you might need or want during your stay. It is very comfortable with very inviting furnished patios in front and back.Our favorite amenity was the huge master bath tub for long, relaxing and stress-relieving baths and the best surprise was all of the wildlife to watch, including many playful squirrels and a small family of Mule Deer that we would watch through the downstairs windows each morning as they came foraging for breakfast. So beautiful!! The flat-screen TVs and computers were always available but we spent more time enjoying the fresh air, sunshine and shade on the back patio deck. The owners are extremely helpful and were always available to answer any questions. We've had the opposite experience at other properties so this was very important to us and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Karma Sushi on Routee 66 and the long wait in line at Lowell Observatory to see the stars up close is definitely worth it, but if possible to take a thermos of hot cocoa you might want to do that and/or dress for standing outside in the chilly night air for about an hour. Also, if you go in a group, you may be able to take turns watching the awesome 30-minute film and holding your spot in the line to the telescope. We can think of many reasons to return to this home again to experience and enjoy the different seasons and explore more of Flagstaff and the surrounding area.

Great Holiday Spot

We (family of four) spent 5 nights in late August at this property. We had a fantastic time. The house is very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. It is also is in a great location. Quiet cul-de-sac with deer! Central to all attractions we wanted to see (Grand Canyon, Sedona, Winslow). The owner is very pleasant, very accomodating and helpful. Try Big Foot BBQ in downtown Flagstaff.

Great cabin, excellent owner

We spent the new year's in this cabin, it was a great experience. Lots of space, everything works, the kitchen is fully stocked and you will never find yourself lacking anything, everyday we saw deer right outside our kitchen window. The owner is great to work with, he is helpful and makes sure you are happy with your stay. If you are looking for a no hassle, spacious and well equipped place in flagstaff, this is it.

Great Owner!

The owner of this property is just outstanding. Everything, on time and as advertised. The property is in great shape and very family friendly. Plenty of extra towels, pillows, blankets, etc and lots of room for everybody.

Summer Fun

Up in the Pines for a great getaway with Family & friends for a baseball tournament. Weather was ideal with some afternoon showers. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recomment a trip to Flagstaff and this property again. Great location too.

Flagstaff--great location for visits to Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and tons of other activities

My family of seven stayed in this house during our southwest adventure to various national parks in Arizona and Utah. Absolutely wonderful location, beautiful and comfortable house--you won't want to leave. Owner is easy to work with and very helpful with suggestions for local entertainment and activities. We will definitely choose this house again for a future vacation to the area when the kids are older (there was so much, we couldn't see it all!), and we would whole-heartedly recommend to others.

Great family getaway

The owner of this home went above and beyond what was expected to make us comfortable during our stay. Every amenity was provided and he was always available for us to call if we had questions or needed anything. He was happy to give us suggestions of things to do to keep our two young children happy. That is not easy with a 3 and 4 year old. We were thrilled with the wildlife viewing from the living room. I would recommend this vacation home.

Great House, Great Area!

Our family of four stayed at this property over the fourth of July weekend. We had a wonderful time. Our kids love Bear Paw and all its activities. The house is comfortable and warm. The forested neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We will definitely be returning. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to escape the heat or for a fun winter weekend

Relaxing vacation!

Our family of 7 just spent a wonderful week in this beautiful, peaceful Flagstaff home, located in a forested cul-de-sac. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the included membership at the Country Club and Kids Activity Center (Bear Paw). We also took advantage of the nearby hiking, shopping, and the relatively new Flagstaff Aquaplex. It was fun to see deer grazing right in the yard! Everything was just as described and the owner was very accommodating.
