Kitchen amenities accommodate any professional chef's needs, including a walk-in pantry with an additional refrigerator, additional dishwasher and additional sink (the kitchen has 2 sinks in addition to this). Kitchen includes built-in stand alone ice maker, beverage refrigerator, full size wide kitchen refrigerator along with freezer, AND pantry refrigerator. 2 kitchen sinks, dishwasher, Vitamix blender, electric hot water kettle, toaster oven, high quality knives, multiple coffee makers for both drip coffee and pod coffee, large pots, crock pot, organic spices and so much more!
The sun room is a fun gathering space with an indoor, built-in grill, dining seating, outdoor sofa seating and a full set of melamine dish-ware for outdoor entertaining.
The INDOOR POOL can be heated (optional) and has a retractable roof to enjoy the Flagstaff weather in the summer. Complete with a bathroom, pool towels and plenty of space to enjoy and relax with views of the pines.
For cozy warmth in the winter months, the home features 4 gas fireplaces located in the kitchen/dining space, primary bedroom, living room and library. Not many Flagstaff homes have the luxury of air containing due to the beautiful weather, but we do!
This home was designed and renovated to be among the most luxurious properties in all of Flagstaff. The location backs up to a large wash where wildlife gather with deer and elk signings almost daily. Walking paths and hiking are nearby and the forest is just down the street for peaceful journeys. This home is immersed in the beautiful forest surroundings and the perfect place to unwind.
