East Beach Family Friendly Home, sleeps 9

There is something for everyone at Pelican's Porch, whether relaxation, beach'n, or fun activities. Fondly named the Pelican's porch because of our relaxing front porch with two swings, dining for six and a couple of Adirondack chairs. There are some fun activities, such as corn hole in the back yard and a ping pong table located on the garage level.

THE SPACE
Home is located off Ocean Blvd on Eighth Street at East Beach.

The Space:

Bedroom 1: Primary on living level with a King Size bed (sleeps 2)

Bathroom 1: Primary, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and step in shower

Bedroom 2: King (sleeps 2)

Bathroom 2: Ensuite with combination tub/shower

Bedroom 3: King (sleeps 2)

Bathroom 3: Ensuite with combination tub/shower

Bedroom 4: 2-Twin beds, a day bed with trundle (sleeps 4)

Bathroom 4: Half Bathroom on the living level

Bonus space: Day bed in the sunroom located off the Primary bedroom

Kitchen is nicely equipped. There is a drip, single serve and a percolator coffee pot. On the parking level is a gas grill.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
