The house includes a large and open floor plan kitchen with all the amenities, dining room, and living room complete with a large, comfortable L-shaped couch, huge TV, and cozy fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed and twin, and the other has a king bed. There are 2 full bathrooms as well as a washing machine and dryer.

These spaces comprise the upper unit of the house. There is a separate lower unit (where I live) that you will not be able to access.

Even though you are close to all of the fun of downtown, the backyard is very secluded and the neighborhood is quiet. Right out the backdoor you can hike through forest service land or take a 20 minute walk to the beach. The house is conveniently located 3 minutes from Safeway, the Post Office, and delicious restaurants.
