Superior southwest views of the Gulf and bay from this updated open floor plan 2BR/2BA condo. Watch the sunrise from your balcony to start the day and the sunset from the same place to wind down after a relaxing day in paradise!
Step out the door, pick up your comfortable beach chairs (provided by the condo association) and take a few more steps to the beautiful soft white sand of the Gulf. Enjoy a walk, swim or relax on one of Naples’ most pristine and private stretches of beach! Enjoy additional access to the private serpentine esplanade adjacent to the beach that winds through the neighboring beachfront condos and parks for a great walk or run.
The unit has 3 hurricane impact sliders (from the living room and each bedroom) that lead to the balcony, tile floors throughout and granite kitchen/bath countertops. The kitchen is modern and bright. The living room has new queen sleeper sofa (with electric air pillow mattress), new love seat and flat screen TV. Cable, wireless internet and printer are provided. The bedrooms are on either side of the living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be configured to a king.
Venetian Village shops and dining are within walking distance. Downtown Naples, Old Naples, Waterside Shops, Mercato and Artis—Naples are all a short drive away.

In 2024, the ground floor common area of Surfsedge has undergone a multi-million dollar complete renovation, for both indoor (Entrance and Security Desk, Lobby, Social Room, Fitness Center, Mailroom, Bathrooms and Guest Suites) and outdoor amenities (Pool, Spa, Patio, Grilling Area and Beach Chair Storage).
The pool area is expected to be completed in January 2025. See rendering of new pool design in the Photos.
