This has been the best rental we've ever had. It had all the amenities that you need, just as if you were home. It had plenty of games for the family, even coloring books and toys for the kids. All the beach accessories were included too. Very clean and stylish unit and just walks from the beach. Our host was excellent too.

Our family had an amazing week at Naples Beach! The condo was very clean, well equipped, and just one block away from the beach. It was so convenient, especially with our 18 month old. Plus, we were about a five minute walk from restaurants and shops. Kristy, the local contact, was also so sweet and helpful! Great place, would definitely stay again!

This property was above and beyond what our expectations were and we were able to enjoy everything that Naples had to offer from a great location. The property is well equipped and the access to the beach is hands down the most impressive part about this property. Great Location

Condo was recently renovated, well equipped and very clean. Perfect location, 1 block from beach and walk to restaurants. Property manager was very responsive to questions. We had a relaxing vacation and hope to return in the future.

Clean & Modern Condo in Excellent Location

Stayed here with wife and 3 children. Condo is basically brand new and accommodated all of us comfortably. Pool is perfect as is the location ie proximity to the beach and 3rd Street restaurants and coffee. Property management was super helpful as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property! The location is unbeatable, and the unit is a perfect home base for all things Naples. Walkable to everything…we were at the beach multiple times per day, used the pool, dinner in town, etc etc. Very clean, well-stocked place we love it, will be back again.

A fantastic vacation

Michael’s condo couldn’t be in a better location - so near the beach so no risk of missing the amazing sunsets and also just minutes by foot from Old Naples. The accommodation provided every comfort possible. So many kind and attentive details made our stay extremely enjoyable and memorable. The photos are exact and the description too. I highly recommend and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. We very much hope to return. Thank you Michael for making such an effort to ensure a wonderful time.

A beautiful retreat

This condo was a hidden gem. Even better than imagined! It is superbly located 2 mins walk to the beach, with parking space outside the condo. It is beautifully decorated with everything you could think of and so much more. The snack box was a lovely surprise. Beach chairs and umbrellas were amazing extra when you can’t bring with you! Highly recommend. 5* Thanks so much to the hosts

The property was spotless. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay including beach towels and chairs and umbrellas. The beds were extremely comfortable!! The snack box and waters were beyond appreciated as we rolled in from the airport at 2am hungry and thirsty. We will absolutely stay again!!

Perfect Getaway

Michael’s condo was one of the best places we’ve stayed on vacation. Not only was it updated and clean, but the location was amazing. We were walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our daughters especially enjoyed the pool (which was pristine). The condo had everything we needed and more for the beach (towels, umbrella, sand toys, sunscreen). The hosts have thought of everything! We would gladly stay again!

Awesome Week

We absolutely loved our recent stay in Naples. We were familiar with the area and this unit exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed for our stay (and more) was included in the unit. The unit itself was immaculate and perfectly decorated. The owners provided excellent linens and towels. I’m pretty picky when it comes to mattresses and the cozy king did not disappoint. We will be back next year.

Fresh, new unit in beautiful neighborhood

This 2br, 2 bth unit is in a building with a gorgeous, warm pool that's one block from a gorgeous, white sand, teal water beach. It's imbedded in a stunning, very upscale neighborhood that's walking distance to restaurants and shops (3rd Street). The unit is newly renovated and very clean. It's also very nicely appointed with chairs, towels, sunblock, beach and pool toys, kitchen staples, a snack box and even little dishes of candy. It was just the right size for two adults (one of us working). Might be a little snug for four people, but given the location, I'd take it if I were a family, too. Thanks so much Michael and Kristen.

Fantastic spot in Naples

Location is amazing. Block from the beach, near the pier. 2 block from shops and restaurants on 3rd. About a 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants on 5th. Dedicated parking spot. Condo is newly renovated so everything is in great shape. Well designed to maximize space. It’s a cozy condo but was fine for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Host provided all sorts of amenities and items to use during the stay which made our lives easier and the trip more enjoyable. Communication was perfect all along, from pre-arrival to check-in and departure. I highly recommend this property, we’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thanks!
