The upper floor is accommodated with a living area with leather furniture, and downstairs is the living room with 1 twin sofa bed.

The "Payson Home" is nestled above the trees with views of the Granite Dells Mountain range with unobstructed views of the surroundings. Wake up to the mountain views with a cup of coffee from the deck(s). The interior is comfortable and relaxing with a homey atmosphere. The top floor has a living room with comfortable leather furniture and a Big screen TV, all new appliances and granite counter tops, an imported Italian dining room set that will seat 10 comfortably, 4 island stools.
Three upstairs bedrooms with a spacious Master Bedroom Suite. The downstairs floor offers 2 bedrooms, bath, an extremely comfortable living room with big screen TV and a huge game room with pool table and ping pong. Plenty of games and puzzles. All the bedrooms have brand new beds that are all comfortable. We offer a work friendly space provided with a desk that has ethernet for fast internet speed. We are pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $25 per pet.
We also offer a fire pit. We have bundled wood for sale. Plenty of parking in front and back of the house.

The area offers plenty of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, fishing, boating, golfing, tennis, pickleball, parks, off roading, site seeing, national monuments, Tonto Creek fish hatchery, horseback riding, swimming at The Water Wheel on the East Verde River, boating or fishing at Roosevelt lake, shopping at the many thrift stores and antique shops.

ATTENTION- this vacation home is located in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental policy includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Evictions and forfeitures of deposit for any violations of said policies are strictly enforced. Please be sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting The Payson Home.

We had such a wonderful time. The cabin was lovely and well stocked with daily necessities and the beds were comfortable. We sat on the porch and watched the elk and other wildlife. Lots of areas to hike if you wanted. In a great neighborhood and restaurants and stores were within a mile but we still felt secluded. Can't say enough great things about our stay.

Lovely home that was well appointed with a fun game room. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. The home is perfect for a family or two. Hiking trail about a mile away is worth the adventure. Host was great to work with.

Wonderful place to stay! We hope to return!

We were 7 adults, two children and a dog, and we had a fabulous time here. The house is lovely, welcoming, and well supplied with everything we could have wanted. As we were preparing to leave, our 8-year-old said, "Could we come back here next year? It could become a tradition!"

R & R at it's Best!

With plenty of space for all 3 generations. Nana and Pop Pop claimed the comfy Livingroom recliners. Mom and Dad spread out with the kiddos downstairs. Everything we needed to do absolutely nothing was there. We made delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen while the kids did crafts with Pop Pop on the huge family friendly table. We watched everything from football to "Dory"(for the 100th time) on both greatT.V.s. We are already looking at the calendar to re-book. Thanks Doug!

As soon as we walked into the home, my adult children were amazed at how beautiful the home is. We opened doors and were very excited at how each room looks. We all started picking rooms. We were 10 adults and 3 kids, and the home was big enough for us all. We had everything we needed. It's well kept, and the view is awesome. We loved it. We went for walks, drove into town to the park, but it was mainly staying inside and played games as a family and cooking and eating. Thank you so much Doug for sharing your home with my family, we created such beautiful memories and for that, I am grateful. We will return in the future. I highly recommend this home. Wonderful Home for large family or groups

Our family of 11 has stayed in this Beautiful home every Labor Day for 3 years. We all love the nature and the animals that come around. It’s so peaceful and relaxing in the home and on the two decks. With the two living areas it’s perfect for large groups.

Great home for multiple people

We had our son and daughter, their spouses and kids. I really liked how the layout of the house allowed each family to have their own private section while the living rooms and kitchen allowed for great interaction. We never felt crowded. The ping pong was a hit though we did have to buy paddles due to the poor condition of those on the property. We also purchased repair kits for the pool cues that were broken so we could all play. I really liked the outdoor decks, but was a bit disappointed in the dog from a neighboring home that barked non stop. Not the fault of the property owners but definitely a distraction to the peace and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with enough utensils, plates, cups, etc. Both floors have a sound system, big TV, ceiling fans in every room, and great AC which was needed while we were. The entire family had a great time.

The "Payson Home" is unique in that it's very quiet nestled on a slope where you feel you're above the trees with a nice view of the Granite Dells Mountain Range and only minutes away from the center of Payson. Very spacious inside and around the property. The Payson Home layout is suited for couples, large families, small or large groups.
