Wonderful high country cabin for our family and friends for a birthday weekend. Enjoyed the show atmosphere in Pine and Strawberry to escape the hustle of the Phoenix valley. Plenty of amenities to entertain everyone from the theater to pool tables to karaoke to hot tub!! We had an issue with a dead critter one night and they had someone over the next morning to take care of it. Went to nearby Tonto Natural Bridge State Park and the hike was amazing!!

Perfect Getaway at the Glowing Pines

Glowing Pines is everything and more you can ask for when escaping to Pine. Anissa is the kindest and most responsive hosts. She puts so much caring effort into the lodge and extra special touches for your trip.The property is situated on a large corner lot. Be sure to enjoy the elk and deer that come to visit. We spent the majority of the time enjoying the deck and the lovely Pines. You will want for nothing once you arrive. Kitchen is huge and well-stocked, beds are comfortable and love the different areas available for folks to relax. We are so eager to return to Glowing Pines!

Perfect Family Getaway w lots of extras!

This is the perfect perfect cabin for a large family. 10 people easy. This cabin has everything you can imagine to keep you entertained and keep all the kids happy! The teens had a blast in the loft with karaoke and lots of mini arcade games! The adults can enjoy the patio and the ambiance of this luxurious setting. Go outdoors and the kids can play all kinds of outdoor activities. Anissa, our hostess was impeccable and got back to us in a very timely manner on all questions! We did feel the cleaning team missed their mark though- they forgot coffee filters and creamer and only had one very sweet type of 1 cup coffee pods. They forgot to put out extra towels and no hand or face towels. The cleaning crew needs to scrub the refrigerator in the movie room- someone spilled a coke in there and it was all frozen mush. The large refrigerator could use some cleaning. The Spring season needed some outdoor Spring cobweb cleaning! Other than those issues, the place is decorated with gorgeous decor and Anissa wins the award for the timeliest, friendliest and most sincere hostess ever !!

Spacious Home

Glowing Pines Lodge is a great, spacious place. Family enjoyed all the room. Very comfortable furniture. Kitchen well stocked. Nice outdoor activities and enjoyed the hot tub. The only things were 1)the advertisement of arcade gamed was an attraction and upon arriving several not working 2)be prepared for interruption of any streaming of movies/shows in theatre room even when no one on downstairs internet and 3)fireplace times out and took forever to cool down enough to turn back on.

Family Trip To Pine

The property and lodge are gorgeous. There was something for every age group to do, from video games, to pool, to a theatre room, spa, tree swing, cornhole and badmitten. Communication with the host was fantastic. She made sure we had everything we needed and created several upsides for us. Would definitely bring family or friends back to stay again!

The O's Family Outing

Had a great stay in a beautiful location. Home was spacious, well decorated, clean and comfortable. Plenty to do for every age (we had two 2 yr olds, one 4 yr old, son, wife, daughter, husband, and my wife and I (grandma, grandpa). Played games inside and out, hiked, shopped, enjoyed home cooked meals, and relaxed in a beautiful 4 bedroom home. Big kitchen well equipped and a large dining room table that sat everyone. Saw plenty of elk and deer on and around the property. Hiking and sites were nearby, as well as the grocery store for forgotten items. Overall experience was great, and Anissa was apleasure to deal with. We would definitely rent again.

Better than Expected!

So impressed. Location, property, communications and most important comfort. Just the two of us and the pup for the weekend. Best - master was SO comfortable. Games - too fun. We played arcade games and pool. Grilled and dined on the upper deck. Loved that the gate closed to keep the pup contained/safe. AND - enjoyed the family of Elk grazing the property in the evening. Have already shared Anissa's property with many friends. Definitely a 5 Star property. Thank you Anissa and family.

The Best Cabin in Pine!

This place has it all! Everything the kids could hope for, from the home theatre to the basketball hoop, to the arcade. Everything the adults could hope for also, from the great hot tub to the nice fire pit, to the well-equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms. Lots of elk walking through in the evenings also. If you’ve visited Pine before and rented cabins, make this your next stop!

Cozy cabin close to everything.

Everything was excellent. Beautiful property and cabin. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Bedrooms well stocked with blankets. We plan on booking this property for every visit to Pine/Strawberry.

A Must for large groups!

We had 3 generations of family stay over the weekend and loved every minute. I believe we utilized every aspect of the property... hot tub, basketball, billiards, ping pong, bag toss, theatre room.... the glowing lodge is amazing. Thank you!!

Family Fun

We stayed with our two children, parents and family pets. The cabin was extremely clean and exactly as presented in its description. It was a somewhat last minute booking for us and honestly before leaving we were discussing when we would be back next. Between the well stocked kitchen, theater room, games, patios, hot tub, etc. there was something for everyone of all ages here! You just have to start by booking & show up!! We stayed after there had been snow and if you have littles it was a great place for snow play right in the front yard without having to leave. If I could change one thing about our stay it would be to have a fenced area/dog run but was no means a deal breaker for us as it’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood so walking the dogs were never an issue it would just be an added convenience. Thank you for a lovely stay, we look forward to our next!

Everything was in beautiful condition, the location is great, the amenities are wonderful, can’t say enough positive things about this cabin! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay, no complaints at all! We saw so much wildlife it was definitely a memorable experience. Also, the hosts are very friendly and make themselves available for any questions that arise. Thank you again!

A Family Gathering

We just returned home from our delightful stay at Glowing Pines Lodge with our daughter and her family (including 2 teenagers 15 and 17). It was such a perfect week made possible by all the amenities of this vacation home. The owners, Anissa and Bob, have literally thought of everything one might need or like to have for such a stay. The kitchen on the main floor had everything we could possibly need for meal preparation. The dining table was large enough to seat all of us for dinner and to hold jigsaw puzzles that were always in process. We enjoyed conversations in the great room on the main level where we could sit and watch elk and deer graze the yard. Three bedrooms (including the master) are on this same level making it easier for someone of my age to access. The top level of the house provided great entertainment for the kids with all the arcade games and the lower level was such fun with a pool table. Many games were played in there. We used the round table downstairs for playing Hearts and Spades, family traditions. I could have watched movies endlessly in the theater room which is perfectly set up to seat 6 in comfortable recliners with theater quality sound and screen. There is another bedroom on the lower level with an en-suite bathroom. Many in the family would disappear at times to go outside for ping pong, badminton, corn hole, basketball or to enjoy time in the hot tub. Just a thoroughly planned vacation spot for your family! Highly, highly recommend. One final note, the little town of Pine was fun to explore with unique shops and goodies. One highlight was a 12 point bull elk just lazing in someone’s front yard as we visited the Honey Shop. Something we don’t see at home. The Pie Bar in Strawberry made for a delightful last dinner of the trip. Our thanks to Anissa and Bob for making this week so memorable!

Awesome stay!!!

We have nothing but Great things to say about Anissa and this property! From the beginning to the last day of or stay we had superb communication with Anissa and she even gave us a free movie rental during our stay. Everything from the Elk & Deer which were seen every morning and Evening in the front of the cabin, the basketball court, the swings, the spacious seating on the deck, the fire pit ( which we made s’mores one evening with) the grill which we used a few evenings for awesome bbq dinners, the spacious kitchen with all the amenities that you could possibly ask for, the large bedrooms and comfy beds, the game room and the movie theatre which was us used on a daily basis, and can’t forget about the pool table ( I can’t remember the last time I played so much pool). I would highly recommend Glowing Pines Lodge for anyone who wants to stay and have one of the most memorial trips that they may ever have. I know our family sure did! We will definitely be returning soon! Thank you for providing us such a memorable vacation!
