This pet-friendly, bright and airy, three bedroom unit, is located in the Palisades Condominiums. This property is conveniently located on the west side of Disney and is just a 10-minute drive away from the park. The suite has a large private patio, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), and in suite laundry machines. Free parking and wifi included! The building has an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, and games rooms for our guests to use.

The parking garage was very difficult to navigate. The spaces were extremely tight, and the exits were awkwardly designed.
The condo itself was fine overall. However, the shower in the secondary bathroom (not connected to the master) had very poor water pressure.
The pool area was nice, but unfortunately the hot tub jets were not working during our stay.
On a positive note, the location was excellent and made getting to and from Disney very convenient.

our stay...
We were looking for a place close to friends just S/W of Orlando. We booked late, so options were limited.
This place was well placed, convenient, in a good price point and had what we were looking for based on the description.
Arrival was easy, with information prepared prior to our arrival. Access was given on arrival day.
First entry was hit with a odor of the last guest's meals. Not offensive, just not what I was expecting. The condo, clean and neat but a few issues. Floor was sticky to walk on, bed linen needed to be washed, and some kitchen supplies were lacking. (which were quickly replaced when notifying the unit contacts).
The facilities were across the lake from the Grove, where we had stayed a few times before. This is not the Grove. It is a bit dated, the complex itself needs some updating but overall was not busy. That said, less crowded, had some nice amenities and you had a great pool to yourself most days. (The hot tub is a warm tub with poor jets).
If you are looking for convenience, moderate cost and a place to lounge after your busy day, this unit is a good option. Just make sure you bring ear plugs. Sorry, the road is busy in the morning and not very quiet.

Prefect location with a beautiful drive to the parks
Watching park fireworks from balcony was cool. Everything needed for the stay was provided. I like bigger spaces that this three bedroom has and more than enough room for a big family. I love it when there is a really nice clean place!
