Very responsive host. Property is as pictured and described. Love that there is no fee to use the gated entrance. Just a couple comments: the air filter on the AC/furnace is in desperate need of a change and having some non-stock cookware would be nice. Overall great experience. Would stay again.

The Kitchen was clean and modern with new appliances. The TVs were large, including the one in the master bedroom. Washer and Dryer were also fast and efficient. The check-in process was fast and easy and in a gated community. Lots of parking, storage space and the neighborhood was quiet. If you're not a sound sleeper the sprinklers might wake you up midnight to 1am. The only thing we had an issue was a lack of cuttlery andpots. Six forks for five of us. We had to fight for that 6th one. Zero cutting knifes. Luckily we brought our own and there were no small and medium pots. Would recommend.

The kitchen was very clean and the appliances looked new. The ice maker did not work so we had to buy a bag of ice. While arriving the guests before us took the keys and we had to wait 3 hours for a locksmith to change out the handle of the door. Kelsey was very responsive with communication! The handle for the blinds is missing for the porch sliding door which makes the place dark, but she said she would have that fixed for the next guest. Also there are exposed wires in one of the bedrooms where a fire alarm used to be. She also said she would have that fixed. The pool and club house were beautiful with a lot of amenities.

Clean, well appointed, and close to Disney!

My family stayed at this property. Great location, and less traffic on the way to Disney parks than other rentals. Would stay again!

This is a great find! The description was accurate, the host was extremely responsive and everything was clean and orderly. My family really enjoyed our time in this condo. The amenities and staff in the resort were amazing. We will definitely stay again in the future! Within the first few days of arrival I unfortunately had surgery on my leg and was wheelchair bound for the remainder of our trip. The condo was amazing as all the doorways and bathrooms are ADA compliant and made it easy for me to still get around. That and the first floor access made it very convenient!

Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The beds were comfortable, there was lots of space, it was nicely decorated and it felt like home. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we never heard any outside noises. Kelsey was very responsive when we needed help with anything. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous location and condo

Amazing location, close to everything. Condo itself is just beautiful. Clean, amazing location within the complex, access to the yard outside and parking right in front of the building. Kelsey was a fabulous hostess, and communication was a breeze. All beds were comfortable! Everything you need for a great stay!!

This place has great potential, however, we ran into something things that should be noted. Firstly, when we first entered the unit there was a strong musty mixed with febreeze plug in odor and everything was damp feeling. The bathrooms appeared updated but they neglected the showers as there was mold on the ceiling and heavy orange mildewing on the shower curtains. The floors appeared clean but quickly turned our socks black and the carpet had some staining. The linens need updating. The main PROS were: ample parking, the unit was easily accessible from the parking lot, it was very quiet, the route to Disney was pretty easy, the kitchen was updated and clean, the unit was spacious so our party of 6 did not feel cramped and there were no bugs. We had a short 3 night stay that turned to 2 nights because forfeiting one nights stay fee felt better than sleeping another night in damp musty beds with low quality linens. Since our stay was so short and we were at the parks most of the day we did not contact the host to voice our concerns. It is our hope that this review can bring these things to their attention so future guests don’t encounter the same issues. As stated, this place has great potential if the owners put a little more love into it.

Having just been in the area recently I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly suprised! It felt like coming home. My little dog was at home and his being both blind and deaf-this made a huge difference. The place was CLEAN!! It did not smell of wet dog or any animal. There is plenty of room for everyone. A well appointed kitchen if you want to cook,( real dishes ). My Host- She checked on me before I left my house! Made sure I had directions and access codes. She even told me about the activities on the property! This Host,( Kelsey ), Top Notch!! She has already checked on me and I just got back home a few hrs ago! If you need a place to just get away for a few days...it's the perfect spot.Thank you Kelsey for having us.

Nice stay

This condo was very nice. We had a quick stay down to visit Disney and enjoyed our stay. We did have trouble getting in to the property initially, however the host was extremely quick to respond to help us gain access. The condo was nice indoors, may need some additional cleaning as we noticed some blankets balled up in the master closet, some minor carpet staining, and the tv did not work in the master. The host was apologetic over the matter and we weren't at the property very much so it didnt bother us. The pool area was nice as it had a game room, theater, and grill and bar. We never had problems with parking and it was wheelchair accessible. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
