Apartment Little Gem, previously known as Apartment Perdija, is situated in the attic of an authentic, stone house, in a quiet and peaceful area, a few minutes walking distance to the beaches, promenade, shops, restaurants, cafés and bars.
It consists of a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a lounge area with sofa, which can be used as an extra sleeping place (bed widhd 144 cm), a bathroom and a big sunny terrace with comfortable garden furniture.

Small, but it has everything that you need. Andrea is the perfect host. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

A top notch stay

We had a great week in little gem. The place was immaculate and had everything in it. We were able to do a wash before our next leg of our journey. The location is just a couple hundred metres from the sea, the shops and restaurants. We hired a car and had a free parking space with the use of a card from Andrea. You will only need swimming towels and washing powder. We swam everyday in the clear blue waters of the sea . It was a fantastic week and we thank Andrea very much .

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location!

Myself and my partner had the most wonderful 4 night stay in Cavtat. The apartment was clean and equipped with a washing machine and iron if needed. The outdoor terrace was a perfect spot to have breakfast in the morning. Andrea was very quick at replying to messages and was on hand if we needed anything. She gave us very clear instructions on how to find the property. The location of the property was perfect. A very short walk (2 minutes) to the main promenade where all the restaurants and shops are. We would definitely stay here again!

Trés Bijou

A fabulous ‘Little Gem’, in a perfect position where all amenities are close by. The apartment had everything we needed for our 2 week holiday, lovely Andrea arranged our transport from the Airport, only 5 minutes to Cavtat, the driver knew where to go and Andrea was there to meet us. There are a number of steps and sloping alleyways to get to the apartment so it may not suit someone with mobility issues, We loved the sun terrace with comfy sun chairs, we had the sun most of the day. We used the public transport, No 10 bus which takes you into Dubrovnik ( Old Town) €4 and we used the boat ferry to Dubrovnik €10. We would definitely recommend ‘Little Gem’.

A GEM OF A PLACE 10/10

Located up the steps from the church of St Nicholas and less than 2mins away from the beautiful harbour. This apartment is absolutely spotless with all the amenities you need and is exactly as can be seen in the photos on the listing. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking utensils and crockery. 2 supermarkets are within 3mins walk. The bed was extremely comfortable, large wardrobe with door mirror/ hangers. No air-con in the bedroom but this was fine as we just left the lounge door open and the cool air filtered through. Although it is very close to the harbour/restaurants etc, it is extremely quiet, you couldn't hear anything from either the lovely sun terrace or when in the apartment. The sun was on the terrace from 10am until 6pm. The bus station is less than 3mins walk away where you can catch the bus to Mlini, Srebreno, Dubrovnik etc. Andrea was most perfect host, extremely friendly and helpful. She met us on arrival to check us in and on our departure. Andrea allowed us to store our luggage in her apartment below on check-out as our flight wasn't until later in the day. We are already planning our next trip to Croatia, with our final destination in Cavtat and will most definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay Andrea. Andy & Sue
