La pequeña y encantadora casa Oldstone es una propiedad de 5oo años que ha sido completamente renovada y equipada para unas vacaciones inolvidables. Un dormitorio, baño con ducha y lavadora, cocina y sala de estar con sofá y TV de pantalla plana, programas de televisión vía satélite e internet. Es ideal para 2 personas, situado en el centro de Cavtat, muy cerca del mar y con una gran variedad de bares y restaurantes. Desde la terraza de la casa, puede disfrutar de impresionantes vistas al mar con hermosas puestas de sol.

Great location.

The accommodations were perfect for my wife and I. It was a great location with all the amenities that anybody could ask for. We would recommend this spot for anybody who is willing to walk up the multitude of stairs to get there.

Great Place To Stay!

We had a great few days here - from the friendly welcome from Pero at the airport to the moment we left. The house had the most perfect view and was superbly situated for restaurants, boats, swimming etc! We were very sorry to leave and would love to return one day!!

The host was fantastic, super responsive and helped us out with transport to and from the apartment (including carrying some luggage). The apartment is also in excellent condition and has everything you could need and plenty of space. Fully recommend.

Wow simply stunning!

First visit to Croatia and boy did we choose well. The house was lovely in the most beautiful position. Pero is a lovely guy and came to pick us up from the airport. The house has been renovated to a high standard. Views from the property are glorious. We hope to visit again.

Fantastic - we will be back!!

Thank you Pero for renting us your beautiful stone cottage in Cavtat- it doesn't get any better than this! The location is perfect, a few flights of away up a quiet cobbled walk from the beautiful bay, and restaurants. The stunning views from the house are unrivalled. Pero could not be more accommodating- amazing property!! We will be back.

Hosts for our wedding party

We are so grateful we were able to rent this beautiful space for friends for the wedding of our daughter. The minister marrying her and his wife stayed here and told us it was spectacular! The host was so helpful and accommodated all our wishes promptly. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view. They told me they’d stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you for taking such good care of our friends! See you again!

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Cavtat staying at the fantastic sweet oldstone house. The house was spotless from top to bottom and afforded amazing views across the Adriatic sea (not forgotten the amazing sunsets) from the lovely terrace. The property is close to all amenities with the bars, resturants, shops etc being close by. We would highly recommend the sweet oldstone house. Pero is the perfect host. Thank you Pero. Gary & Fiona

Best Holiday Stay

Five stars all the way! Our stay at the Sweet Oldstone House was Perfect! My daughter and I had the best time together. Everything was as described and even better once we arrived. The reviews are accurate and spot on. Pero truly is the best host there is. Pero himself deserves 5 stars as he goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the accommodations. Great apartment in great location

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment which is in a brilliant location, very clean and renovated to a high standard. Pero is a great host, he picked us up from the airport and carried one of our (very heavy!!) suitcases up the steep stairs to the apartment and he responded really quickly to any questions we had. The views were amazing and the central location was a real bonus (although probably not ideal with anyone with mobility issues as the stairs were quite challenging.) We would thoroughly recommend this apartment for anyone considering a stay in Cavtat.

Beautiful country and a beautiful house

What can we say other than Wow, what a fantastic place! We could not have asked for more.. The Old Stone House has been superbly renovated by Pero and it was a pleasure to stay there. The views from the terrace were stunning as were the sunsets, many a pleasant hour sat there watching the world go by. Pero was the perfect host/landlord and was always on hand if we needed anything. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and we will definately return just a shame we will have to wait until 2021. Thanks Pero Kelly and Richard

Little Gem

We had a wonderful stay at the Sweet Oldstone House; would highly recommend it. The location is amazing and Pero the perfect host. Please bear in mind when looking around that a lot of the properties advertised may not be close to the action/amenities; the house is as located in the old town. You can walk everywhere and a swim is always a second away! Bars, restaurants and little supermarkets are nearby. A car there is not needed and actually would be an inconvenience as no parking at the property; paid parking is close-by. We ate out for lunch most days and opted to have dinner every night on the terrace as the view is wonderful! Thanks Pero for letting us use your little gem. 😊

Sweet little stone house in Cavtat - just brilliant!

The house is exactly as described by Pero the host. It is well appointed and has the most beautiful views from the balcony and bedroom windows across the bay to the next peninsula. The property is well furnished and had everything we needed - including the vital air conditioning in the bedroom. We loved exploring the town and surrounding area and savoured swimming in the beautiful azure blue sea. A day trip by boat to Dubrovnik was great fun too. It’s busy but a beautiful city with fascinating little alley ways and a plethora of cafes and restaurants to suit any taste. Pero is a true gentleman, he kindly picked us up from the airport and helped us with our luggage up the steps from the quayside to the house. He also offered to take us back to the airport at the end of the stay. Thank you, Pero. Pero also made some very helpful recommendations about where to eat out. The house is only accessible on foot up a steep set of steps or through the upper pathways through the old town. The atmosphere in the town was warm and friendly (and the music stops promptly at 12:00 for those who like to sleep.) We would thoroughly recommend it. Just beautiful!

Wonderful stay in this amazing stone cottage. Perfect for a couple to just chill out and relax. The view from the terrace is amazing. There are sixty two steps from street to the terrace, but to be honest you do get used to them. Cavtat is a stunning village, full of really good restaurants and bars. Our favourites were Dolium for meals which is right at the bottom of the steps, and Amor bar for great cocktails and ice cold beers. The area you see from the terrace with all the white loungers is a great place to relax all day. 7euro for a lounger, but well worth it. There is a beach bar there as well and everything can be paid by card, including loungers, which saves taking cash down. The sea is crystal clear and nice and warm. Boat taxi service to Dubrovnik was well worth it, but if you are in a hurry, an Uber will cost you £20 and take half the time. Finally a word about our host Pero. Perfect host. He picked us up from airport and helped us into apparent with all our luggage. He also said that if we needed anything during our stay we just needed to contact him. All in all a wonderful stay in a wonderful setting. Thanks again Pero Neil and Laura
