You will spend a pleasant stay in this splendid house of about 250 m2 located in the town of Greater Annecy. You will be quiet but still have access to the most beautiful tourist sites, such as the lake and the pedestrian streets of the Old Town of Annecy only 6 kilometers away or the Gorges du Fier.

Our house is the ideal destination for family holidays or for couples of friends with children who will appreciate the surrounding nature, the garden and the heated swimming pool.

It offers large bright spaces, furnished and tastefully decorated.

On the first floor, you will find:
- the large fully equipped kitchen
- a spacious living / dining room very bright opening onto the terrace and the garden
- sanitary facilities

On the first floor are:
- the master suite with private shower room,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- three children's bedrooms equipped with a standard single bed,
- a real baby room complete with the wooden cot and changing table
- a bathroom with bathtub and toilet

On the top floor are:
- The relaxation area with a large TV and a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed
- an equipped gym
- a table football table

For your All rooms as well as the relaxation area and the gym are equipped with air conditioners.

Our villa offers you a magnificent panorama of the surrounding nature and its south-facing terrace will allow you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Semnoz mountain, not overlooked.

You can enjoy the garden with the lawn perfectly maintained by the automatic lawn mower that passes every evening as well as:
- a swimming pool (secure shutter) with terrace
- an illuminated petanque court
- a trampoline
- a small wooden hut
- a slide + swing
- a barbecue
- an outdoor dining area under a pergola

The swimming pool, fully secured by an automatic and heated cover, is surrounded by a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.
You can enjoy real moments of relaxation in a beautiful setting.

The house is secured by an automatic gate and an alarm.
A carport is available.

This accommodations are non-smoking and we do not accept pets.
