Dos suites de un dormitorio principal, cada una con baño en pisos separados, que incluyen ropa de cama y toallas.

Una gran sala con chimenea (de leña) y TV de pantalla plana de 32 ".

Se necesita una cocina totalmente equipada (microondas y lavaplatos) con utensilios para cocinar, hornear y asar a la parrilla.

Una parrilla de gas está disponible para su parrilla al aire libre junto con una mesa de patio para seis personas.

Un cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora nuevas, tabla de planchar y plancha.

Acceso a Internet, servicio de teléfono celular (solo Verizon), calefacción eléctrica y de gas, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo completan esta encantadora cabaña de montaña para sus vacaciones perfectas.

Ubicado en un camino de concreto privado, una ruta de senderismo en la propiedad, pesca de truchas disponible en Yellow Creek (a unos 200 'de la cabina) y un pozo de fuego. Esta cabaña de vacaciones es donde encontrarás paz y tranquilidad.
(Nota) Aunque nuestro camino es concreto es algo empinado (aproximadamente 14 grados). Por lo tanto, puede no ser adecuado para ciclistas novatos.

Family trip for the 4th

The pictures don't do it justice. We came up for a short trip for the 4th of July weekend and we all really enjoyed the home. It's one of the cleanest we have rented it. We loved sitting on the huge porch and watching the lightning bugs come out at night. We would recommend this place to family & friends.

Great place to stay. My only issue was taking the trash to the street when checking out. We did put the trash outside in the trash can. But being on motorcycles we weren’t able to take the trash down the steep hill to the road.

Love Mountain Time

We spent a wonderful, very busy week here enjoying everything the region has to offer. We rode horses, got to some Zip Lines, hit the white water on the Ocoee, spent a day on a pontoon on Fontana, and spent quiet time in the park.The cabin is fantastic! It is well equipped and super clean. The decorations were right on point!We will be repeat offenders, it's just a question of when...Oh yeah, the host is SUPER in all aspects!

Great stay

This place is relaxing and beautiful, the owner Debbie was great, she recently upgraded the WiFi which I saw a lot of people mention on previous comments but we had no issues and it was super fast. My friends and I went there to ride our motorcycles on the tail of the dragon and other surrounding beautiful roads. I definitely recommend staying at this location for whatever your vacation plans are .

Nice cabin

Semi-remote cabin with pretty much everything you need. Only wish we had easy local access to firewood for the fireplace and firepit. Convenient to great hiking areas and fantastic roads for sports car drivers. Would stay there again.

Gorgeous cabin

Cabin was very pretty and there was every thing we needed furnished. The driveway was a little intimidating but once you go up and down one time it was no problem. Very quiet and relaxing and the view was beautiful.

Quiet Cabin

Beautiful cabin in the mountains. Would liked to have known about the additional 100 pet fee before booking (listing said pet friendly, but no mention of additional fee). Not a problem, but maybe full disclosure it should have been mentioned in the listing. Beds were comfy. Had all appliances/kitchen ware we needed. The WiFi enabled me to be able to even get some work done in the mornings.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that the Pet Fee was a surprise but if you click on the button of who and how many people/pets were visiting, than you would of seen the pet fee come up when you booked. The cleaning personnel is paid extra when pets have visited. We move and vacum the furniture, wash the blankets and bedspreads, and the list goes on outside, too. And when somebody that is not a pet lover walks in the cabin, there is no smell or evidence of a pet stay. And, so far I've never had a complaint of pet smell and so a fee is necessary, like someone a very long time ago wanted to bring 5 dogs!! So there has to be some type of control. Hope you and everyone else understands the situation. I want all kinds of customers and want all them to be happy during their stay. Thanks again for your visit. Appreciate your business.

Great place!

This cabin was perfect for us! It felt cozy and was a comfortable place to come “home” to after our daily adventures. The deck was the best place and we spent most of our time there. The location allowed us to explore the lakes, small towns, Fontana Dam, and hiking trails around the area. We would definitely return to this cabin....

Great time in the Smokies.

Great place. Pretty secluded, clean and close to Appalachian trail, Lake Fontana and Santeetlah. Debbie was nice and helpful. In the cabin we found a lot of info about the area including the history. Thank you.

I have fond memories growing up in Maine where we had a camp on a lake. We had a lot of family holidays at that camp. And, then my family moved to Florida. My girlfriend's family had a cabin in Highlands, NC, so when my husband (Roy) and I needed a vacation, that's where we rented, and after that we were both hooked on North Carolina. After going a few more times, we started looking for our own cabin. My husband was in the construction business and can fix just about anything. I went to Florida State University and majored in Housing & Interior Design, so we make a good team when it comes to providing a well-maintained and decorated cabin.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We bought our second cabin that was originally called 'The Chalet' from an auction ad that my husband saw in our local newspaper. After purchasing it, we have vacationed there for over 18 years to get out of the Florida heat. Now we are retired and live here during the season. We loved the beautiful weather and mountain views so much that when the Mountain Retreat became available we decided to purchase it for additional family gatherings. And, then a few years later, the Ridge Haven became available. Everybody we knew or worked with wanted to rent the cabins, so that's how we got started. We love this County with it's country roads and laid back feeling. It is so peaceful and quiet here. Maybe an owl at night, sighting of hummingbirds and several type of birds that sing during the day. It's a great place to live or visit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our private road and the hiking trail is a great place to walk our dogs, oh and the cats, too. The weather is just like being in air-conditioning in the summer and it's so brisk in the Spring and Fall. The foliage is beautiful any time of the year, even after the leaves have fallen. And, the locals are so friendly, always waving as they pass by. There are so many nearby outdoor activities, weekly social benefits, arts and craft events, mountain music & heritage festivals and three pristine lakes (Fontana, Santeetlah & Cheoah) for all types of water adventures and fishing. The cabin is a great place to come back to after a fun day riding the roads or hiking the trails; or just hang out here all day and do nothing.
