Situated in one of Scottsdale's most prominent zip codes is a resort-like equestrian oasis that allows space and tranquility for relaxation yet close enough to all the action. The home features a lovely backyard with a pool & spa, BBQ, patio dining & loungers. Inside is a cozy living room with a fireplace and sectional sofa. A fully equipped kitchen and three king-size private bedrooms with attached baths and a bonus room make this an ideal unique stay for groups of family and friends.

The spanish-inspired home is just steps away from a gorgeous custom barn where the horses reside. The sweet horses await guests' arrival and riding lessons or group mediations can be arranged. Guests will also enjoy the mountain views, stunning sunsets with a country feel while still being a stone's throw from world-class dining & entertainment.

Guests will have access to the entire home including the backyard, pool, spa, bbq, loungers, patio dining table and turf area. The caretaker casita does have a patio door to the backyard, use is minimal and guest privacy is respected.

Pool and hot tub heating are an additional fee.

Excellent house.

The house was beautiful in a safely gated area. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The pool was refreshing in the Arizona heat. The horses were on the property and easy to visit. The hostess was very accommodating which was greatly appreciated.

Nice but amenities not as advertised

Nice location and spacious. The fireplaces did not work and the rental price does not include the use of the hot tub; there is an extra fee for that.

Immaculate Property

This home was perfect for our family gathering of 10 covering 3 generations. The property is exceptionally well maintained, even the horse corral was cleaned and raked daily. There was plenty of space for everyone, the pool and hot tub were well used and we enjoyed eating dinner on the patio as the sun went down. The master suite is the star with a huge window and beautiful view. We enjoyed the ambience of seeing the horses on the property - although we didn't interact with them directly they looked like they were very well cared for and living the good life. Sara was a very responsive and accommodating host. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

My family spent Thanksgiving here and absolutely loved every minute. The kitchen was well stocked with most of the items needed to prepare our thanksgiving feast. Although the weather was cool, the pool was heated and the kids had a grand time. There is an extra charge for heating the pool that was a little unclear initially but the host patiently explained the process. The host responded to inquiries quickly too. The beds were comfy and loved the rustic vibe of the house and morning Mountain View from the bedroom. There are only 2 TVs so that was a little challenging on a few days between watching games and the kids wanting to view cartoons but it also made for great family time. The kids played with games while we watched football. Overall highly recommend for a relaxing vacation!

Will absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for our business meeting nearby. Plenty of room and plenty of quiet. Easy check-in and check out process for location with many things nearby. Comfrey beds and large kitchen.

Spacious Privacy

Our big family enjoyed our stay at this very large and comfortable property. It is on the edge of Scottsdale with gorgeous desert and mountain views and lots of privacy to walk and relax. There is a big Albertson’s grocery store nearby to stock up. The huge kitchen allows several people to cook together (no one gets stuck doing all the work) but it could have been a bit better equipped with basics, eg. a vegetable peeler, foil, oil, food storage containers, a toaster rather than a toaster oven. It was fun to visit the horses in the stables just a few steps away. The caretaker, Johnny, was friendly and easy to communicate with. He can heat up the hot tub or pool at the time you request (check with the owner about costs for the propane). The only concern about this property is that, although it is superficially clean enough, it really seems to need a crew to do a thorough deep cleaning and some maintanence review of things like burned out lightbulbs and cleaning tiny debris on the bottom of the hot tub. It’s a good house to rent - you won’t find many like it!
