Sitting right in the heart of Big White Mountain Ski Resort, this will be just the place to cozy up after a full day on the slopes or cool down after a long hike! Everyone will be spoiled in no time as soon as you arrive, as the interior boasts light wood floors, inviting furnishings and decor, natural light, and plenty of room for the whole gang to spread out. Have classic family-style breakfasts every morning and let the chef of the group show off their skills in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and bar seating. When everyone is ready to settle down each evening, slip out of your gear and right into your favorite swimsuit to soak in peace in the private hot tub right outside. Plus, the living area is ideal for kicking back next to the warmth of the gas fireplace as a favorite show streams on the flatscreen TV.

Excellent location, true ski in/ski out. Property is great for young family since second room is a bit small with no closet or drawers. Property was clean and had all the amenities for comfortable stay. Hot tub was perfect after day of skiing; private with view of the hill.

So quiet

Such a beautiful place. Very quiet in just. The condo is very well maintained… Aside from bringing coffee and a few groceries… everything else is there. I would highly recommend it. It is a bit of a drive from Kelowna…but a great place to enjoy the peace, quiet, beautiful scenery…and an escape from all the traffic!

Spring skiing dream getaway!

The location of this condo on the mountain is absolutely awesome for ski in and out. Wake up, walk down the hallway and hit the slopes! Ski down from any main chairlift for a lunch break and a hot tub at the end of the day. Absolute prime location! The condo is a large two bedroom with beautiful wood finishing, making it feel warm and homey. Some of our favourite features were the hot tub, steam shower, large window in the living room allowing us to watch skiers come down the slopes, & the large gas fireplace.

A true ski-in, ski-out

A perfect place to stay if skiing/snowboarding is your thing, with no hustle of having to find somewhere to park, getting to the ski lifts, trails etc. as you are directly on the ski trails. Your car parked safely in the garage, all your gear in ski lockers just across the corridor, and you walk out of the apartment building directly onto the trails. The apartment itself is as pictured, nicely furnished, very cosy, and above all, clean. The hot tub was lovely after a day on the slopes. We loved sitting by the fire and watching the snow ploughs grooming the trails every night. I would definitely recommend this lovely condo!

It was very nice, ski in and ski out. Very disappointed with cleaniness, bathrooms clean, kitchen not so much. Floors were filthy, sticky, (maybe they had spilled juice, food cupboards full of crumbs, not wiped out at all) Unfortunately, there were no mops so we had to get on our knees and clean. It was a nice place, if it were clean, it would have been 5 star

Bang for the Buck

our family of 4 stayed for the long weekend. our first trip back since covid. the place was well appointed with all modcons (including a spice rack) and priced well compared to other rentals on big white. beds were comfortable and the bbq worked well, searing our steaks perfectly. the suite is on the 4th floor so was conveniently located for the ski in/out access. the only bit of work was getting all the gear from the parkade to the suite. had to take a few trips. but this is no fault of the suite, i would just maybe plan to bring a rolling cooler next time. vacasa was responsive and made this ski trip worry-free. we’d definitely stay here again.

Place was spotless but one huge issue was beds were made but sheets not changed.

This place was amazing but our sheets in main bedroom had hair in them and did not look like they were crisp and had not been changed.we ended up buying laundry detergent and washing all bedding in the second bedroom there was clean sheets wrapped in plastic stored in cupboards which we used for main bed . That was not acceptable but the rest of the stay was amazing once we got bedding sorted. this should not happen again in the future to any of your guests

The property was excellent as well as the surroundings. Unfortunately there was a power outage for over 18 hours and there was no communication. There was no emergency lighting, there were no candles. I reached out multiple times, walked to the office and there was no support. There was also no food onsite and no help provided.

Great place, great area- unacceptable, poor support

The big white area was great! Room was clean and was excellent location with parking! We enjoyed the stay! Unfortunately there was a power outage for over 18 hours. We had reached out about what we needed to do with regards to emergency lighting/ candles as the room was not equipped. We were left high and dry, so we walked in person to the office, it was closed and no instructions on what to do or who do contact. There was also no food that we could get. The grocery stores were closed and they were sold out of the burgers that was the only good in the town. Overall the room was great, but the lack of support, effort in communication and leaving us high and dry (Vacasa), we were very disappointed. There still has not been any follow up what so ever from any of the messages. The email during the power outage they did not even respond to.

What a great vacation!

You can't get better ski-in/ski-out access than this. Kitchen is great for cooking meals-really great pots and pans. Enough dishes. Hot tub worked so well.

Awesome place

We ski travel a lot and this is one of the best places so far. The unit is next to the building exit to the slopes, as well as the heated ski storage. It's a true ski in/out place. The kitchen is completely equipped, so we cooked dinner every night (including baking) as we'd do it at home. Furniture, bathrooms are in great shape, nice and clean. There is a hot tub on the balcony, but outside was so extremely cold this week, we didn't try it. The two things I'd hope to see improved are the bed in master bedroom and the shower heads. The bed is queen size and it's ridiculously soft, so even a healthy back starts hurting in the morning. The shower heads are mostly clogged and spray water anywhere but the body. Still, it's a great place and we'd rent it again in the future,

Wonderful stay

Very comfortable condo. Clean and well maintained. Jacuzzi was great after a day of skiing. Really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely rent again.
