Waterfront Cabin overlooking the Potomac River W/ Hot Tub, firepit, pavilion

Our cabin is located right on the Potomac River (shallow end) & has 2 balconies facing the water and brings such peace and serenity. Read a book? Have some wine? Take a nap? We can sleep 5 comfortably with 2 Queen bedrooms. The main level bedroom has a Queen bed with an adjustable base to sit up if you wish & The Queen bed upstairs is on an adjustable base to raise your head and your feet. Our Cabin also has a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a zero-gravity heated vibrating chair, electric fireplace and more. Looking to host a river wedding? Party? We can do our best to accommodate. Please let me know.

At this location, it's a perfect depth to swim, float, kayak, wade out to fish, snorkle, float on tubes, and much more. Also facing the water is a Private Hot Tub and an outdoor pavilion featuring a gas grill, Sink, Refrigerator, T.v, eating areas, Fire pit and plenty of yard space to play corn hole (bring your boards), run around, throw a blanket down, whatever your heart desires. We provide 2 kayaks. Please bring back up and bring paddles up.
Want to stay in? Relax in the hot tub and watch a movie on the 58 in smart TV with surround sound. The couch folds out to a small full-size bed, and there is a camping mat for floor sleeping.

Our cabin does have 7 seasonal RV lots(April - October) and is surrounded by other families camping and enjoying the outdoors, so you may hear music. Everyone is super friendly and will not bother you, but welcome you to hang out if you choose.

Please note *November 1st - April 1st. There is no water available in the Pavillion.

This property is off the beaten path and the water is hard. We do have the best filtration systems, water softener and a uv light to kill bacteria but rarely when the Cabin hasn't been used you "could" smell a sulfur smell that goes away with running the water.

My husband and I have a camper here that we sometimes stay in. :) We just love it here too!

A 25-30 minute drive will lead you to Berkeley Springs, Wv. Aka "America's First Spa," check out the natural springs, distinctive shops, dining, theater, live music, and holiday festivites. Berkeley Springs is known to have some of the best spas around.

We had a great time at this waterfront cabin, a rural location right on the Potomac River. The cabin is very suitable for two couples, with areas to be together and areas for privacy.

Very spacious and amenity packed property. From the hot tub, to the waterfront river access, to the back porches overlooking the river, to the pavilion area, this vacation cabin had us covered. The hosts were very communicative and the neighbors were also very friendly and accommodating. Feels like one big family here. We are excited to come back next summer!

The cabin and view of the river and wildlife was quite lovely. The cabin itself was cozy and inviting. The hosts were very accomodating. They made sure we had firewood for the weekend and answered all of our fishing questions. The only downside to the stay was theres not much privacy on the property itself unless youre inside the cabin. Theres no clear boundaries or barriers to the cabin's outdoor areas. The firepit and hot tub are able to be approached by the surrounding campground type community. On Saturday morning we had kids and dogs visiting freely anywhere we would be outside (fire pit, hot tub, river access steps, etc). We booked the cabin for a romantic anniversary weekend but its hard to be alone when two little boys ran right up to the hot tub while we were out there. Think of this spot as renting a cabin in the middle of a campground. There are plenty of people and neighbors outside enjoying nature so if thats your vibe, this spot is perfect. Also lots of music playing the entire visit. Its a great spot to meet some locals. Not so much a great spot if youre looking for a romantic getaway. Nearby campers were friendly!

this was a great getaway. hubby wanted to fish and the river is right there...he caught catfish and bass. I relaxed in the fresh air, didn't get humid until the morning we left.great communication from Brandi, very clean. we didn't cook there but it seemed well stocked.we hope to come back again. nice and secluded on the back porch!

Dates were actually Sun. July 6 to Fri. July 11. This cabin was true to the listing, owners are awesome! This place is beautiful, and super relaxing! This cabin has everything you need, and then some! The owners really put a lot of thought into extras that make the stay extra special!

Brandi is a great host and the property is rural on a beautiful river. They have high speed wi-fi and smart tvs on both floors. What a beautifull and wonderfull place to relax.

Amazing, will be back!

My best friend and I had an absolutely relaxing time here, I wish we had stayed longer! The property is very unique and exactly like the pictures. We spent so much of our time just sitting out back watching the water and enjoying the hot tub and porch swing (also, two of the trees out back are perfect for a hammock!). Owners were great communicators and access was super easy. Also the neighbors we ran into were so friendly! Highly recommend!

Clean and well maintained

This little cabin was absolutely wonderful. The nicest amenities and very clean. Had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. I especially loved the hot tub and the indoor massage chair! We come to this area once a year-will definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked all of our meals there and were very pleased with the size of the kitchen and found it to be well stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was very comfortable, inside and out. Lots of outdoor space to relax and enjoy a campfire, fish, and use the spacious hot tub. Would stay again!

We had great weather, the hot tub is amazing and I could sit and watch the river all day long. The ducks were cute on the river as well, I think they were Common Golden Eye ducks. The cabin is comfy and had everything needed for our stay.

Great Get-a-way

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely perfect! The location right on the river made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Waking up to the sound of the water and enjoying coffee on the porch was the perfect start to our morning. The cabin itself was incredibly comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. We enjoyed beautiful views, and simply unwinding inside. It was the ideal spot to disconnect and recharge. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

A cozy retreat! Would return in summer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, where we nestled down for winter cooking, movies, and excellent snowy hot tub time watching the frozen Potomac. Its close enough for an excursion to Berkeley Springs, and we liked the bed! I often find rental mattresses to be too hard and this one was just right.

We are Sean & Brandi Barrett. Sean works for the Government and has a Tree removal Landscaping business and I (Brandi ) am a Realtor in Wv, Md & Pa. We have multiple rentals, 4 Children, 5 Cats (At home) and 2 Dogs. We are of Camp Ezri board members & are Foster Parents.

We LOVE to spend time on the water, camp and enjoy the outdoors, spend time with friends BUT We work All.The.Time! Spring - Fall is our busiest time of the year so we decided to open up this Cabin and help bring Joy to others :)

This property is so unique. It is right on the river and the fun is Endless. Even through the winter, soak those cold bones in the hot tub then snuggle up in the cozy cabin and relieve that stress your soul has been begging for.
Social Butterfly? From April-October there are 6 seasonal Rv folks who have been there for 6-13 years. They are always down for food and cornhole. Don't be shy, make some friends.
