Something for everyone at this Coolfont mountain retreat. Relax on the spacious deck taking in the scenery or get out and enjoy all of the amenities that Coolfont and Berkeley Springs have to offer. The fireplace with wood provided and 4 person hot tub make for the perfect cabin experience. Large wooded lot provides peaceful seclusion but activities abound just a short walk away. Seasonal pool (summer months), ball courts, restaurant, and brewery are all a stroll through the woods away.

We had a great, relaxing weekend! I messaged with a question, received a quick reply. The house feels secluded but is close to town. We used Waze and had no problem finding the place. We arrived at night, the motion sensor lights were great.

The house was lovely and welcoming. The open plan living and dining area with large windows was gorgeous. The house was well equipped and quite comfortable. Michael, the host, was quick to respond to questions and quite accommodating.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cabin. It looks just like the pictures. The location was close enough to town, but still secluded. I appreciated the communication with the owner and also for making the cabin available for an early check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful and very clean! The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed watching deer in the woods from the deck. The hot tub was excellent, especially after walking around the nearby parks.

Great Place!

This place was fun and amazing! But bring your hiking boots so you can walk around the woods. We saw deer outside our window! And the town was great! Lots of sights and history. You could see 4 different states from the top of the mountain! And Berkeley Castle is such a sight!

Rustic Hip, with massive party deck!

Loved it! Super-cool furnishings. Massive party deck, right in the woods. Nice hot tub. Internet, nice TV, well appointed kitchen. Had a great multi day getaway here. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Cabin truly in the woods

Michael’s cabin was beautiful, spacious and very clean. So much room, and equipped with everything you would need. Truly in a quiet location at the end of a street yet surrounded by woods and forest. Beautiful to see all the changing leaves of the fall. Check in as so easy and Michael was quick to question.

Great getaway with family

Our family really enjoyed our time at the cabin. It’s close to town so it’s easy to shop and get a massage but it’s also secluded and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Unfortunately there was a heat wave this week so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked.

Amazing golf trip and VRBO stay

Cozy Forest Retreat

This was one of the cleanest, nicest VRBO rentals we have stayed at. Beautifully furnished and very clean. We loved exploring the surrounding forest and the community trails.

Quaint stay in beautiful modern nature retreat

Perfect weekend getaway. Very peaceful, home is tastefully designed amongst trees in woods. It had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home and our pup was super happy as well. The hatching frogs provided a perfect white noise environment. Perfect for relaxing. Property manager was excellent with communicating all information.

Terrific house and location. Well appointed. If you cook, you might want to bring a bigger pasta/soup pot and specialty items (we needed a cheese grater, for example). And there were no paper towels, but otherwise we had everything we needed. If you are unfamiliar with B-springs, this is a terrific vantage point for exploring.

Perfect relaxed getaway!

This home is beautifully maintained with tasteful decor, and simply magic decks for enjoying views of the forest. The floor to ceiling windows and doors in the great room give beautiful nature views. A short drive to downtown Berkeley Springs, but very private and quiet. Mike is a wonderful to work with and great communication on everything you need to feel at home. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay and nicely decorated

We stayed two nights over the apple butter festival. The place was nicely decorated and very cozy for the party of six. The bunk bed was a kid size so we used our own air mattress. It was getting chilly outside but each room had thermostat so it was perfect. The owner was considerate and offered an early checkin. Wish the check out was an hour later. Overall we were very impressed with the ease of communication and the modern decor!

Nice and quiet location in a quiet mountainside community. There are a couple of houses so ewhat close but still gives a nice and secluded feel. Really enjoyed spending tine in the deck abd sitting by the fireplace.
