Our beautiful condo has been recently updated with all new furnishing and tastefully decorated.

Great Location! Park your car and walk to beach or ride your bikes to Coligny shopping plaza down the street for souvenirs, a bite to eat, or some ice cream.

Bonus Loft/game room that our kids love with a Bunk bed.

Perfect for a family vacay, or remote work w/High speed WIFI

2/3 pools are just steps away from our front entryway or one of our private screened in porches.

We are nestled in a quiet wooded community located in the popular Forest Beach/Coligny area.

Complimentary cable, Netflix, and coffee are provided.

Both bedrooms have brand new king Nectar Mattresses with a gel memory foam. It's like sleeping on a cloud! Both have access to their own screened in porch! 32" smart tv with cable and Netflix in both bedrooms.

The main room features stunning high vaulted ceiling with plenty of light shinning down on the large sectional and dining table. 55" smart tv with cable and complimentary Netflix provided.

If you are working remotely we have high speed wifi and a wireless printer provided for you.

Go up the beautiful spiral staircase to the loft, where we have a bunk bed with a supersized bag chair with memory foam and a foosball table for your entertainment.

*Bassinet and high chair provided if needed.

The Kitchen is fully stocked for staying in and cooking your own meals. We have a Tea kettle and a Keurig individual/12-cup carafe drip brewer with complimentary coffee to get you started.

We are on the top floor so you won't have to worry about noisy neighbors.

Very nice condo. Within walking distance to the beach. Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Multiple pools within the community. Host was very helpful and responsive. Already looking to see when we can come back.

Extended Weekend Getaway

Our family had the pleasure of staying in Dennis and Devon‘s condo for an extended weekend recently. I really appreciate Dennis working with us even when we had to adjust our trip dates. He was extremely accommodating! The condo is in a great location in terms of amenities and its proximity to the beach. If stairs are a problem, you may want to consider another place, as it is on the third floor, but it helped me to get my steps in! my family, and I enjoyed mini golf at Legendary Golf, and a yummy seafood night at Crazy Crab in Harbour Town. Hilton Head is a great place, and I will definitely return. Visit if you can!

Great Tental!

This is our second time renting this condo. Both times we have been very pleased. The hosts are excellent, and very kind. The condo is in great shape. It’s very clean, cozy, and spacious. The screened in porch is a game changer, especially when it rains most of the week like it did for us. We hope to be back soon!

Winter get away

Location is perfect! Hardly ever needed to even drive a car. Nice walk to the beach or to the Coligny shopping & restaurant area. We really appreciated having the beach wagon, beach chairs and sand toys for our grandchildren. The unit is on the third floor which was a blessing and a curse. Lots of steps to go up, but being on the top level provided more privacy & quiet. We were a bit surprised that there wasn’t a grill, or a common area with grills within the complex. We were also surprised that none of the pools were heated. Maybe we just assumed they would be. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Hilton Head is a fun place to visit!

great place.

We had a great time staying here. It was our first time at hilton head. The condo was great. close to the pool. It is on the third floor at the end so no neighbors above or beside you here. We rented bikes for the week, so less than 10 minute bike ride to the beach or the shopping plaza and restaraunts. Dennis was super responsive and on top of everything. Would be happy to stay here again when we go back to Hilton Head.

Nice but can be better.

Further from the beach than expected but could be me not reading the description thoroughly. Third floor no elevator, tough on a 62 year old with luggage but again could have been me not reading the description thoroughly. Needs a little TLC; blinds in one bedroom need fixed, fan and light above the stove didn’t work, fan/light remote in bedroom had no batteries. The worst thing and not the hosts fault, but neighbors below were obnoxiously loud and didn’t adhere to the 9:00 pm courtesy rule, so rude. We loved the area and all activities and restaurant options.

Comfortable stay with gracious host

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, it is in a good location with easy access to Coligny Beach Park and Plaza. The two bedrooms on the main level suited our needs with each having king sized beds and flat screen televisions. We also enjoyed the two screened in porches. The owner Denny was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly. We needed to change our reservation and his willingness and flexibility were most appreciated. We would rent this property again on our next Hilton Head getaway.

We’re ready to go back…

We just got back from our 9th visit to HHI, and this was one of our favorite condos. It was clean, spacious (we had four adults and two kids under 5), and the owners were very responsive. The beach is an easy walk and everything else is a short bike ride away. The only downside is the distance from the parking lot to the condo, but that was really only annoying when unpacking and packing the cars. The loft is cool for older kids, but would not recommend for little ones going up and down frequently. The screened in porches were awesome and great to be able to sit out at night without getting bit. Overall really great place that we would stay at again.

Awesome Space!!

This space was perfect for my wife and our three boys ages 11, 9, and 5. We loved that the two main bedrooms had screened-in porches. Morning coffee was great out in these spaces. Our boys loved the loft space. There was a super comfy, over-sized bean bag along with foosball and a Golden Tee Arcade game. There is a pool immediately behind the building which made for quick access to swim. We never had any issues with noise from people at the people even being as close as we were to it. Dennis had all the essentials for going to the beach. There were some beach chairs, a wagon, couple of umbrellas, some sand shovels, a small cooler and a boogie board. The wagon was clutch for getting all our things to the beach. You can certainly walk to the beach from the location but we actually drove to Coligny Beach parking and found a free parking space each time. If you are looking for a space with all the amenities, great hospitality with close access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, then this is the right space to book. We will definitely book again in the future.

Great Place

This unit was nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed and more to make our stay comfortable. The location is ideal. Communication with Dennis was excellent. Highly recommend.

We were at the condo for a month. Newer dishwasher and washer and dryer which we appreciated. Well equipped. Loved the screened in porch off the living room. Had 3 nights of very loud neighbors but that can happen in a complex. Host did very good job of communicating.

Beautiful, Quiet, Clean!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo for three weeks. The reality is even more beautiful than the pictures, the screen porches are lovely. We felt like we were living in a tree house. The condo was immaculate, furnishings were comfortable (amazing beds), and it was very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice array of spices, olive oil etc. as well as starter packs of toiletries and things like paper towels and toilet paper. It is a short walk to the beach and a wide variety of stores and restaurants. Denny was great about communication both before and during our stay. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to return!

Perfect after a day around HHI

To put it simply, it was the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Hilton Head Island - we had no complaints! It's a great location yet private and an easy walk or bike ride to the beach or shops. Our kids favorite activity was the foosball table and for us was lounging on the porch couch recalling our day. Kitchen had everything needed to cook for the family, something that we value when traveling. We had great communication with our hosts, they answered our questions quickly. We would definitely look to stay here again if we made it back to HHI!

Great Location

The listing description was accurate and the location was well appointed. Rooms were comfortable and the loft was a favorite of the younger ones. Overall wonderful location with everything you need to make your stay complete. Communication with Denny was great as well. Very attentive and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this location!

Great property!

The pictures of the unit’s interior are spot on. Well appointed and in excellent condition. The exterior of all the units in this complex are showing their age, but you’d never know that from inside this place! A great setup with two bedrooms, two baths and a loft upstairs with bunk beds / game room. Most importantly, the communication with Denny was outstanding! He always promptly responded to my questions and he proactively reached out during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed!

Property was as advertised and very clean! Close to everything in HHI. Dennis was very helpful and responded in a timely manner to all of my questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to spend some time in Hilton Head!

Relaxing vacation!

A beautiful condo with everything and more! We loved how spacious and extremely well equipped the whole condo was. We had a few nights of storms and we were glad to have such a comfortable place to spend those nights. Having the Netflix available was a very nice touch! The condo was very clean and we wanted for nothing. We utilized the beautiful washer and dryer and appreciated the amount of towels we were supplied with. Our daughter absolutely loved the loft with Golden Tee and the foos ball table! She even got Grandma up the spiral staircase for a few games! Overall, there is not one thing we would have changed. It was a week spent making memories and enjoying a gorgeous place to stay! Thank you to Dennis for being prompt with communication and if someone could peg a personality through just messages.. Dennis seems like a genuinely good person. Your money will be well spent on a relaxing stay and with an owner who is professional and kind.

The condo very contemporary, spacious, and clean. It was walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. It was ideal and the area was safe and quiet.

Great Location !

This rental was a really good find. Dennis could not have been more helpful from booking through to arrival! Nothing was too much trouble. The Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, but within a mile of some superb restaurants and bars, and a short walk to the Beach. It wasn't a problem for us, but the apartment is on the top floor, with no elevator, so anyone with an issue with stairs might struggle. Overall a great place, and we hope to be back soon.
